Garibaldi In Roma

The quality/price ratio isn't great at all, even though the food isn't bad. The ingredients are of good (but not exceptional) quality. It's not a place I'd recommend, however. The prices are too high, but then again, it's hard to "save" money in certain cities. You can't eat in Rome/Milan anymore.

Historic, upscale restaurant, refined, spacious, with a wood-fired oven, parking, and very well-maintained. Friendly, fast, and attentive service.

The restaurant is elegant and meticulously crafted, with plenty of parking. We started with a raw artichoke salad with pecorino cheese and pear: truly unique and delicious, the pairing was perfect. We also had a fried artichoke tartare, which was also excellent. For our first course, we chose fettuccine with ossobuco, which was very flavorful. Then for our second course, a Danish steak on the bone, accompanied by artichokes alla giudia and escarole with raisins, and an ossobuco with mashed potatoes: all truly delicious. A special mention for the olive oil, which was spectacular and of excellent quality. To finish, we had a millefeuille and a chocolate tart with pear cream, both very good. Overall, we were very satisfied: excellent food, a refined atmosphere, and a very interesting wine and spirits list. Definitely a place to return to ✨🌷

An absolutely wonderful restaurant! Every dish we tried was delicious, each one better than the last. How can a mini truffle pizza be so incredibly tasty?! The presentation is meticulously crafted, and the service was excellent. The decor is a perfect blend of modern and traditional touches, with objects that respect the roots. The owners take care of each table with care and true passion. A fantastic place, we highly recommend it to everyone! We will definitely be back.
