15/11/2025: The warm and welcoming atmosphere of a true mountain hut (it feels like you've arrived at a mountain hut in the Dolomites), the food was good, though a little bland; the zuppa inglese was amazing, and the service was impeccable. A truly wonderful discovery!!!

03/08/2025: A formidable location. Dishes of unique goodness. Chef Andrea is constantly searching for authentic ingredients that make his dishes something special. The appetizers and first courses are excellent, outside of the usual menus. Try the famous "caramelle" with radicchio and scamorza... but the ravioli are also a must-try. The real specialty is the meat... the entrecôte is a must-try... and what about the desserts??? The berry cheesecake... simply sublime. La Baita in Saracinesco... once you know it, you'll fall in love with it.

18/12/2025: A lovely osteria, just behind the Spanish Steps. Giorgio, a very kind waiter, welcomes you with typical Roman charm and makes you feel right at home. Everything is delicious. The artichokes alla giudia are spectacular. We'll definitely be back.

08/12/2025: The pizza is superb; I eat it here, only here. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, with a wood-burning stove on the veranda and a magnificent fireplace inside. The owner and staff are always courteous, polite, and helpful. Everything is good, but the pizza is truly sublime. Extremely light, thin, perfectly cooked, and with generous amounts of high-quality toppings. Make sure to reserve a table because it's only open Thursday through Sunday and is often packed.

26/10/2025: I went to dinner last night with my husband and son. I'd been to this place before and everything had been fine. Last night, I don't know what happened, but it was a disaster. The service seemed disorganized; there was only one waiter bouncing back and forth, sporadically assisted by some of his colleagues. In fact, we waited a quarter of an hour just for the menu. The pizzas were good, although overly topped, making them heavy. But the real surprise was my son's pizza, which had a thin, very stiff wire sticking out of it. It's okay to be disorganized, and it's okay that some things might not be to my taste, but the wire definitely isn't. The waiter, who was nice, apologized several times... but I have to say, the evening was still a complete disaster. Oh, I forgot, the menu definitely needs redesigning: you can't tell the price of what you're ordering, there are erasures everywhere... and I'm obviously not referring to the meat, which, I understand, needs to be weighed.

12/10/2025: I've had a house in Santa Marinella for 40 years and I didn't know this place... I have to say it's excellent... very good meat, friendly staff... the guy in charge of the grill gave me good advice... more than fair prices... very crowded, there must be a reason... 10 stars, see you next time 💪👍👍

19/08/2025: A truly enjoyable evening! The staff was extremely kind and professional. The table settings were elegant and meticulously crafted. I ordered the tartare with a glass of wine, expertly recommended by the waiter. Everything was simply perfect!

18/05/2025: A very pleasant experience for the palate that is surprised by a truly successful gourmet cuisine. Fish is the king of the restaurant and the chef knows how to treat it as such, enhancing its aromas and flavors. An experience to be repeated by associating the meal with the cocktail path (a different cocktail for each course).

Here you can find everything from clean classic lagers to bold and extravagant creations. The staff can help you explore never before tried edges of beer. They can recommend the perfect beer for your mood, introduce you to surprising styles and even reset your taste palate if you pick something that's not to your liking. Being Czech, I thought I already knew everything worth knowing about beer, but here I was introduced to completely new dimensions.

11/11/2025: I like the atmosphere, but I didn't like the taste of the beer. We ordered three different types of beer; however, I did not like any of them. They might not be my type. Nachos was good.

01/10/2025: It's been a while since I've been here. I found everything to be truly excellent, both the service and the atmosphere. The food was excellent and plentiful. The only flaw is the cream that accompanies the desserts: please use fresh cream; the spray can one is really awful, it ruins the flavor of the excellent desserts.
