01/06/2026: I had a wonderful stay and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. As a pet-friendly hotel, it made both us very welcome.
The entire staff was warm and very professional. All of my special requests were taken into consideration, which made my stay even more comfortable.
The location is perfect, and the hotel has everything you could need: a beautiful breakfast area, a fantastic rooftop restaurant for dinner, and even a gym for those who want to maintain their fitness routine while travelling.
Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable stay! 🐾👣

30/04/2026: An absolutely wonderful dining experience! Fabio was warm and welcoming and although the dining room was full, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was joyful. Would highly recommend!

09/05/2026: Just did a cooking class here and Matteo was amazing. Even learning kinda last minute that I'm vegetarian posed no problems - he had substitutions ready and on hand. The vibe is amazing inside and looking at the menu I would have so many options - not what I would expect in a port town!
09/04/2026: My daughter and I took a cooking class here. This was so much fun and very hands on. They took the time to show us step by step and let us experience cooking multiple courses in a professional kitchen. We got to pick and buy our own ingredients from the
market which made the experience so special. Matteo was amazing working with kids as well. I highly recommend this to everyone of all ages

Quality local products from Viterbo or Italian producers specializing in unique ingredients. If you're looking for a place to eat until you drop and pay little, this isn't the place. Instead, you'll find seasonal dishes that showcase local produce and craftsmanship, not to mention a vast selection of wines. Careful research and attention to detail are key.
And the quality-price ratio is absolutely competitive.
It deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommended.
14/02/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance. We booked it through Booking.com. It's a restaurant/pizzeria with six rooms upstairs, mostly used by pilgrims on the Via Francigena. It was a surprise. The place is nice and well-kept. The rooms are large, comfortable, and simple, yet very cozy. The restaurant/pizzeria is excellent. The food and drink are excellent. Excellent wine list. The food and wine are especially local. The focus is on organic, local, and social aspects. A great experience.

16/02/2026: We happened upon this restaurant after a visit to the Roman Colosseum, Colosseum was very crowded, as we were very hungry and wanted to have lunch. The restaurant is charming and the waiters, the owner are very friendly. They speak English and Spanish. The pasta was excellent. I had the pasta with fish ( Tagliolini with cherry tomatoes and sea bass) something you would rarely find in the USA. My wife had the Gnocchetti ( don’t confuse with gnocchi) a coda di sore an all’ Amatriciana. That pasta was delicious and worth cleaning the plate with bread. If you are by the Roman Colosseum stop and eat a good meal at a friendly Italian restaurant near by.

The homemade appetizers are delicious (especially the supplì) and the pizza is unforgettable! The option to try multiple toppings on a large pizza (for four people) makes this pizzeria unique. It's impossible to find one like this in Rome, and even harder to find a quality one in an area like Testaccio.
10 out of 10, we'll definitely be back!

After a 7-year absence, I found it pleasantly renovated and, above all, improved. Same management. Good.
23/05/2026: I regret giving the service a 3-star rating, as the food and location are truly excellent. Unfortunately, despite my previous review (the gum waitress), there have been further instances of unprofessionalism. Namely, the gum-chewing waitress blowing her nose and picking her teeth between the tables during service. For this reason, I would urge the manager to take some action, as this is causing the restaurant to receive reviews that shouldn't be so high, given the excellent culinary experience.

Fast and friendly service, with the Signora—sorry, Signora—who's always on the go and never misses a beat.
Rich and substantial menu.
Pleasant appetizer with various bruschetta, prosciutto, cured meats, and a bowl of beans with pork rind.
Excellent polenta with sausage (half) and spare ribs (a small piece), with plenty of cheese served on the side.
Excellent arrosticini.
€150 for 6 people for 6 appetizers, 6 first courses, 2 second courses, 2 side dishes, 2 desserts, coffee, and liqueurs—it seems really friendly.
Highly recommended. Book well in advance.

The pizza was delicious, and the location next to the Circus Maximus is ideal for ending a long day of walking. The best part was that they didn't rush me like in other crowded places; instead, they encouraged me to stay longer and relax.
