We stopped by chance along the road and couldn't have been more pleased. A magical place with such hospitality, we felt pampered. The sfogliatelle were the best I've ever tasted.

EXCELLENT For my daughter's birthday, I chose Bar Pasticceria Gizzi, which really surprised me. I ordered their deli, which was truly delicious; you can tell they use quality ingredients and products and put passion into their work. The cake was equally delicious. 17/05/2026: Today, Sunday, May 17th, we decided to have a family lunch at the Museum restaurant in Fiuggi, and believe me, calling it just "a wonderful experience" would be an understatement. It was a true triumph of flavors, courtesy, and professionalism. ​As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean location, an elegant and warm atmosphere, where every detail is meticulously designed. ​The service was simply excellent; the staff demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and extraordinary kindness, qualities that are now rare and make you feel pampered from the first to the last moment. ​And then... the food. It's truly difficult to find the right words to describe how delicious everything was. We started with an incredible assortment of appetizers: excellent, top-quality cured meats, amazing cheeses, and expertly cooked vegetables. A start that alone was worth the visit. But the real highlight came with the first courses: simply superb, a perfect balance of flavors that left the whole family extremely satisfied. At the Museum restaurant, you don't just go to eat; you go to enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience. Kudos to the entire staff for the passion you convey in every detail. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

04/03/2026: We stopped by chance and it was an excellent discovery... Fresh fish menu with sublime dishes... the appetizer is divine, as are the first courses! The girl in the dining room was knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and friendly! As was "Plinio" himself, who occasionally came to check on us to see if everything was to our liking... A friendly and very polite person... In short, we'll definitely be back as soon as we're in the area! Congratulations!!!
16/02/2026: In the heart of Frosinone's historic center, this is a quaint, very welcoming place with excellent cuisine! Definitely worth a try! Kudos to the service; the girls at the tables were excellent!
