10/05/2025: We took a cooking class where we made fettuccine, ravioli and tiramisu. Our chef, Tommy was super patient, bubbly and passionate about the food and teaching us. While eating, our bar tender Jimmy made us amazing Gin fizz’s that were really refreshing. 10/10 recommend taking the class and getting some drinks along the way!
09/05/2025: We have been eating at Gusto. And the best thing is the attention of the waiter Giorgio.
We will definitely return.😊

01/05/2025: I forgot that I was in Italy inside this restaurant. The vibes are truly Pinoy and there's karaoke singing too. The food is amazing and the staff are very welcoming. If you want authentic Filpino experience (not just cuisine but the whole Pinoy vibe), come to this place.
22/04/2025: We relied on Google research, an excellent choice, a very pleasant discovery. Excellent service, especially the owner who was very friendly and helpful in everything, including explanations of the various dishes.
Excellent quality of food, very tasty and tasty.
We went on a Friday, so there was no music, good excuse to go back!

29/03/2025: Congratulations to all the staff because if a team of young people produces dishes of this quality there is still a good future for Roman cuisine.
We took two Roman-style artichokes, splendid, then Roman-style saltimbocca and boiled, two desserts, a bottle of mineral water, 1/4 of wine and we spent 65 euros.
The service was no frills but fast and courteous even in accepting us half an hour before the booked time.

29/03/2025: Our last night in Rome - we were looking for something close to our Airbnb. We found Ristorante Fuocolento. It was excellent dining experience. The artichoke salad was fresh and full of flavor, the grilled mixed fish was perfectly cooked, and the carbonara was rich and authentic. The wine selection was impressive, complementing the meal beautifully. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the whole evening even more enjoyable. A fantastic spot for a true Roman meal!

Excellent and strategic location for those who want to go to Rome or Lake Bracciano and its villages. Rich breakfast and restaurant open for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended

A plus is the vegetable buffet and other appetizers.
Frequently frequented by local customers, it's a shame they can't overdo it.

09/03/2025: Devo purtroppo rivedere le mie recensioni su questa trattoria. Hanno aumentato i prezzi. 15€ per un secondo di baccalà sottile e scarso nel gusto e nella frittura non sono giustificabili. Così un tortino di patate (una patata schiacciata passata come un “tortino”?) pagato 6€. Il Vino della casa questa volta era imbevibile.
Solo la minestra di ceci ed il risotto erano accettabili. Alla fine 35€ a testa mi sembrano esagerati. Cambierò trattoria di riferimento. Peccato.

Una delle pizze romane più buone della capitale, fritti stupendi, parmigiana eccezionale, piatti della tradizione…qui c’è tutto quello che puoi desiderare.
