14/12/2025: An evening with friends. A quiet place, perfect for a chat with other diners. The price was right for the evening we had. The game was on the screen, but it didn't overwhelm the atmosphere.

28/11/2025: As a foreign resident of Trastevere for the last 6 years, I have to say that this is one of the first local businesses that treated me like I'd been a local for a decade. Any pork product I need, I grab here! Hand-cut prosciutto, the most marvelous guanciale and pancetta, aged sweet salami, chops, even ham hocks for my midwestern pork and beans cravings, they've got me covered! Oh --- and not to mention the most luxurious Mozzarella di bufala north of Campagna. Olive Garden's "When you're here, you're family" ain't got nothin' on this place!

20/11/2025: In one word: unmissable! If you’re looking for an amazing deli, this is the place. And yes—I’ve tried a few others, but this one is unbeatable! Fantastic food with a wide selection, and they also make custom sandwiches that are absolutely amazing. Make sure to say hi to Federico, the manager—he’s incredibly kind and friendly.

30/11/2025: An excellent experience from start to finish. Returning to Borgo del Cacchione is always a rewarding experience, but this time—there were seven of us—it was even more surprising. The welcome was warm and professional, accompanied by a simple but delicious plate of potatoes and pecorino cheese, perfect for the start. We began the dinner with their mixed raw fish, which was truly extraordinary: impeccable freshness, clean flavors, and balanced pairings. A dish worth the visit alone. For main courses, we chose tagliata and amatriciana: tender meat, cooked to perfection, generous and well-prepared side dishes, and a rich, flavorful, flawless pasta. All accompanied by two carefully selected glasses of wine and a water service that was always present but never intrusive. The service, as always, was impeccable: attentive, quick, kind, with that professionalism that makes you feel cared for without being disturbed. The location remains one of its strong points: immersed in the greenery of the Castelli Romani, well-kept, quiet, ideal for both groups and couples. Full rating: 5 out of 5. Excellent cuisine, a wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service. One of the best dining experiences in the area. We'll definitely be back.

09/12/2025: Very nice and well-located restaurant. The food is generally very good. Dishes are well-prepared. Service is so-so. We chose it because we needed gluten-free options, but there wasn't much choice. Prices are obviously above average. Overall, a good choice.

02/12/2025: A lovely calm spot for dinner with delicious pasta, fresh vegetables, and even complementary prosecco. The tiramisu was one of the best we tried on our whole trip. Service was great as well.

23/11/2025: What can I say? It's like staying at a friend's house. Perfect place, especially if you want to grab an Aperol and pair it with a slice of ciambellone (don't do it, but honestly, it was good) and browse through books, since they're literally in every corner of the room. I hope to return soon!

20/11/2025: Hearth of community with delicious, affordable drinks. Their cosmopolitan was absolutely delightful and their staff is female (and possible queer)-owned. Will definitely be stopping here with my lover again, once we get the chance!

It's a clean, bright, family-run restaurant, managed brilliantly by Luca, whom I later discovered I already knew. High-quality ingredients, beautifully cooked. I'll definitely be back to try the entire menu. Well done!!!

Recommended by friends who were a bit skeptical about the specific area of ​​Fiumicino (the sacred island), far from the famous seafront, we were greeted with courtesy and warmth by Luca, a great expert in wines and oils (as well as food, of course). He assisted us and gave us excellent advice on everything, immediately bringing us a taste of their delicious homemade breads as an entrée, to be savored with aromatic extra virgin olive oils (the mandarin one is delicious!) and top-quality water. The Nevaia Tenuta Zagaria Apulia Fiano wine was fabulous. The appetizers were simple but incredibly tasty and exceptionally fresh (burratina with shrimp tartare and beuschettine with anchovies—a must-try!!). The crudités were very fresh and well-prepared (tartare with gazpacho—yum, yum!), even if a bit pricey. All the first courses are delicious (don't miss the sea bream, asparagus, and truffle risotto!) and the second courses aren't terribly varied, but they all guarantee quality and/or freshness. 🔝 The Dolce Cremoso .mcn meringue and dark chocolate are amazing!! Highly recommended Well done 👏👏👏

17/12/2025: I am very glad that at this stage I live near this wonderful institution! 🍽️ The food here is always delicious and fresh, and the atmosphere beckons to come back again and again. Even if I am not hungry, it is impossible to walk past without going in and trying something 😄. And although I usually do not like sweets, sometimes I just cannot resist 😋. I especially want to mention the staff - They are incredible! It is clear that they work hard, but at the same time they are always friendly and smiling. My lack of Italian does not create any barriers at all - communication is easy and pleasant. A huge THANK YOU for your work!
