07/05/2024: Excellent location away from the center and chaos. Excellent Salento dishes, friendly atmosphere and cleanliness.

01/05/2024: Dinner in this small restaurant with Apulian cuisine. In fact, the menu offers many recipes from the region and for this reason we decide to try various dishes. We start with a simple appetizer (a platter of cured meats and cheeses with taralli!) where we are also served the classic focaccia (very good!) and a dish called "La straccia" which is bruschetta with stracciatella from Andria DOP, Capocollo from Martina Franca DOP, Caramelized onions. As a main course I opt for the most classic southern pasta: orecchiette with turnip tops while as a second course I opt for homemade capocollo bombette served with a side dish of baked potatoes. All dishes are very tasty. Unfortunately we couldn't try the dessert but it will be an excellent excuse to go back. Although the bill was slightly above average, the restaurant is absolutely recommended.

04/04/2024: Discovered this in the neighbourhood where our accommodation was. Food was really tasty and loved the burrata, which is their signature item. The owner was really nice and kind to explain the various menu options in English, and offered his recommendations based on the ingredients we generally liked. Would come back again!

14/04/2024: Great place on a magical street in spring because of the flowering trees. The food is very good and the prices are not exorbitant. In any case, I do not recommend it to families, even the menu does not lend itself to it.

25/02/2024: In occasione di una mostra presso la fiera di Sora ho selezionato questa osteria invogliato dalle ottime recensioni lette, dal menu e anche dall'ambiente che, in foto, risulta accogliente e fatto con gusto. Bene oggi ci sono stato e confermo tutto. Ambiente molto accogliente, personale disponibile e garbato ottimo il cibo ottima la carta dei vini! Il titolare una persona cordialissima e molto ospitale. Prezzi normali, ovvero più che giusti considerando la qualità del prodotto offerto. Mi permetto solo di suggerire una maggiore velocità nel servizio (abbiamo atteso circa un'ora per avere l'antipasto e ancora un'ora per gustare una squisitissima carne) e una maggiore velocità nello sbarazzare i tavoli che man mano si liberano. Non è un piacere continuare a stare a tavola ed avere intorno tanti tavoli pieni di tutto quello che resta alla fine di un pranzo (comprese bottiglie, bicchieri, stoviglie e avanzi di cibo lasciato nei piatti.). La mia critica è solo a fin di bene, con qualche piccolo accorgimento è veramente un posto da 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo

23/03/2024: Excellent grilled sheep on the grill and special side dishes. Very kind people and a nice environment despite the restaurant being in a remote place where we arrived during a motorcycle tour. I don't give the 5 star because the price was a little above average for each course.

Not only was the food exceptional but we had an emergency where half our group had to leave mid-meal to find a lost friend and they let our other group stay in the restaurant and kept the food warm until 1 and a half hours until we returned with our lost friend. The kindest gesture by the staff. They truly care, AND the food was amazing.
