13/05/2025: We have been going to this restaurant for 4 years now, and over time it has become our favorite restaurant. A lifelong meat lover, I can honestly say that I have rarely found places that live up to my expectations... but here it's a whole different story. The quality of the raw materials and the attention to detail make every visit a pleasure. If I lived in Centocelle, I think I would have to get a subscription to them! Friendly, cordial, always available and with a genuine passion for what they do. Every time it's like coming home... Ps: give us back the cheesecake 😂

09/05/2025: This restaurant is amazing, perfect for meat lovers! The staff is super friendly and fast. The meat sushi and the meatballs are the bomb, even the tastings of really good and tasty tartare. A unique place for this type of cuisine. Absolutely worth trying if you are a lover

20/05/2025: Very good food and fast services. I recommend it for everyone who is tired of pizza and pasta. You can eat it there or take it away. Try supplí, too, it is delicious.

13/05/2025: Immaculate vibe, super friendly service, you really feel like home. Extra points for having not only famous Italian dishes like pizza but also tamburello. Don't expect high cuisine but a cozy, tasty family restaurant. I recommend making a reservation, the place is quite small and popular.

27/03/2025: This place is simply amazing. I remember going since I was a child with my mother and their offer and products never stop to amaze me. The owners and people that works there are lovely and always ready to give you good advice and make you taste some of their most prestigious cheeses.

25/03/2025: This is one of the best “cheese stores " I’ve ever been to. I live in Rome for four years, so I had the chance to explore plenty of Roman and Italian cuisine, but this is the best store for cheese I’ve been to in Rome! The owner, Mr. Micocci, is such a nice and gentlemanly person—he offers a variety of cheese when he prepares the cheese for you.

05/05/2025: a pleasant discovery, "recommended" by an excellent score from The Fork. Refined menu, genuine raw materials, impeccable service with very useful explanations of the various dishes. All good, but special mention for the roasted octopus on a bed of escarole and provola, cheese and pepper linguine with croaker and lemon. The fried prawns and calamari are also excellent The choice of coffees is very pleasant, very good too

03/05/2025: Altavela is one of those discoveries that surprise for the balance between quality, service and atmosphere. The staff is extremely courteous, present but never intrusive: a dry, attentive, simply perfect service. Each dish is introduced to the table with a timely and detailed presentation, which enhances the work in the kitchen. The house specialties are, as is natural in Fiumicino, seafood dishes - prepared with technique, taste and creativity. The wine list is well stocked: I chose a truly excellent Greco di Tufo, perfect to accompany the courses. Even the desserts were up to the standard of the rest of the meal, with particular care in both preparation and presentation. The price? More than honest, especially in relation to the overall quality. In my opinion, Altavela deserves a Michelin star.

23/05/2025: This place is an absolute 10. All the options are delicious with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We were very surprised by the price, very affordable despite being in a tourist area.

23/05/2025: We went because of the rating and it was right on our way. Delicious food, varied pizzas, and great service. Considering they're made fresh and not like restaurants that make them fresh, they're very good. The place is very small, and the tables are too close together, so close you can barely walk between them. The staff is super friendly, good service, and reasonable prices.

31/05/2025: Pleasant, quiet and welcoming place. The owners were excellent hosts welcoming us with warmth and courtesy. We had dinner and chose to eat meat, following the advice of the meat expert who fully satisfied us. High quality and perfect cooking. Excellent value for money. A place suitable for everyone, families with children, couples etc. We will definitely return and recommend everyone to go and visit them, it is worth it and you will not regret it.

27/05/2025: Consigliato da colleghi che abitano molto lontano da questo fantastico ritrovo del gusto...ho scoperto di avere dietro casa.. una realtà da 10 e più lode.. La gentilezza dei due proprietari... fratelli... Silvia in sala fa gli onori di casa...e Christian che doma il bracere con assoluta competenza... Appena si legge il menù.. si capisce subito che ci si prepara per momenti di assoluta delizia... e dopo aver provato più di una loro specialità consigliata.. ho alzato la paletta con il classico 10 che riservi per i migliori... E' inutile elencarvi le specialità.. ma se pensate di avere già un ristorante dove pensate di poter mangiare i primi più buoni sulla faccia della terra... preparatevi ad andare allora in orbita e cambiare pianeta con quelli proposti qui.. Secondi alla brace e crudi.. di alto livello... e poi una cantina di vini adeguata a momenti cosi speciali... Pane.. contorni e dolci... non hanno meno importanza e seguono l'alto livello proposto.. Consiglio un vino Cacchione Dop... Divina Provvidenza del quale lascio foto.. Veramente complimenti... impegno da premiare...

11/05/2025: It's rare to find a place where everything you eat is excellent from start to finish. When you add to this attentive, courteous and friendly service and a quiet and intimate atmosphere, then it comes naturally to you to reward all of this and leave a review that testifies to the passion put into this restaurant. However, since I also like to give a contribution that can advise on how to improve further, I also say this: the prices are 10-15% too high in my opinion, so I would act on those or increase the quantities a little.

11/05/2025: We had lunch today in this delightful restaurant for the first time, the menu is varied and delicious, delicious appetizer, tonnarelli carbonara and excellent subiacciana strozzapreti, top desserts. Thanks to Caterina and Claudia for their kindness and friendliness. See you soon.
