30/03/2025: Best pizza I've eaten in my entire life! Really highly recommended. You should definitely visit here when you are in Rome. The one with potato was the tastiest and I never expected that. The owner was super friendly and very nice to eat among the locals! You can order all pieces and pay by weight. Prices were fine. They also have other hot dishes.

The place is small but there is a place to lean and eat. A point of reference in the area, also for takeaway.

13/03/2025: I am a tourist and I spent 5 days in Rome. Among the various places this is one of the few where I ate well. The pizzas were delicious in both texture and flavor despite being different from those in my area. Affordable price and excellent quality products, truly satisfied!!!

Seul bémol : le personnel n’est pas forcément souriant, et la serveuse est venue nous faire payer l’addition avant même d’avoir fini le repas (sensation de vite devoir libérer la place pour d’autres)

15/04/2025: Vado volentieri al Bistrò Salentino, l'altro giorno per la prima volta assaggio la puccia: ce ne sono per tutti i gusti, io scelgo lu canalicchiu con capocollo, stracciatella, cipolle caramellate e pomodori secchi...che dire, mi è dispiaciuto averla finita subito 😅😋 Un piacere per il palato!!

24/03/2025: Sulle foto il ristorante non sembra un gran che (parlo solo del luogo, no del cibo) ma invece dal vivo è un posto dove ci si sente bene, molto semplice e carino. Il cibo è eccezionale e le cameriere sono molto simpatiche. Non abito a Roma ed è un peccato perché ci sarei tornata volentieri. Siamo stati bene e contenti di aver cenato in questo ristorante.

09/03/2025: Location 10, io ristorante è dentro l’hotel ambasciatori ed è davvero bellissimo, peccato che c’erano veramente tanti tavoli e alla fine eravamo tutti seduti vicini, (evitabile a mio parere visto il grande spazio), personale perfetto. Per quanto riguarda il cibo abbiamo preso 2 antipasti il km 0 e il crostino di polenta buonissimi, ma i ravioli al tartufo “fatti a mano” (ho qualche dubbio al riguardo) non sapevano proprio di tartufo, sapevano solo di panna. Nel complesso hanno molto potenziale ma attenzione ai dettagli.

19/03/2025: I am a regular customer on Thursday evenings, I am writing this review to compliment all the staff for the professionalism they demonstrate on every occasion. The meat is good and well cooked, if you do not want to spend a lot on drinks with 50 cents you will have a glass that you can fill with water endlessly at the dispenser near the tables. The menu hanging on the wall is not easy to understand, I recommend downloading it from the site and deciding before entering. The bathrooms are always clean and this is a significant advantage for those leaving or arriving from Tiburtina. On Sundays it is closed all day, otherwise stop by for lunch or dinner. Only suggestion: it would be nice to be able to see a photo of each dish on the menu on the site. Domenico

08/03/2025: We'll be back! A little place that immediately welcomed us very well. Courteous and smiling staff, fast service, good food, honest prices. We had a sandwich with porchetta, scamorza and chicory... it blew us away! Well done...keep it up!
