05/04/2026: Salvatore Tassa is beyond discussion. Nor are his collaborators. He is a culinary excellence.
22/03/2026: It's not just a lunch, but a true gastronomic experience, thanks in part to the length and number of courses. From appetizers to first courses, from main courses to dessert, including the bread, everything is prepared with care and carefully selected ingredients. The freshly prepared vermouth also deserves special mention. We'll definitely be back.

Trattoria Da Gino

25/04/2026: After years of trying wild boar pasta practically everywhere in Italy, I can say that the one they make at Gino's is unmatched. I dream about it at night... I've sent practically everyone I know to try it. It's truly worth it.
22/04/2026: I ate here on April 21, 2026. I have to say, the food was very good. You could taste the fresh pasta and see that they know how to make it well. To be honest, we had asked for large portions, but they didn't seem that way. However, I was satisfied with everything and the impeccable service. If I ever return to Fiuggi, I'll definitely be back!
