08/06/2025: An absolute insider tip. They cook from scratch here, offering truly hearty dishes, including the Tamburellas, a spicy stew topped with a pizza crust, which is highly recommended. Two twins run the place, and their mother cooks for them. Everything is freshly prepared – and they're done after 20 guests. That's how many they make per day. Those who manage to reserve a table can expect very personal service. The wine selection is very good value for money, despite its limited selection.

03/08/2025: A gorgeous establishment, incredibly delicious! We've been to many "hyped" places in Rome, but none compare to this one! Delicious food, large portions! I highly recommend lasagna, pizza, meatballs and gnocchi. Waiter Masud is the best😋

31/07/2025: We had a wonderful time, it was a wonderful place, and the staff who welcomed us were very kind and welcoming, even though it was a little late at night. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back on our next trip to Rome.

31/07/2025: Very well-kept and beautifully decorated restaurant Excellent service I ate there for lunch with my family and we were very satisfied Excellent Lucanian cuisine, the attention to detail is very characteristic We ate the famous peperoni cruschi Cavatelli with sausage and fennel, mouth-watering And for the main course, beef meatballs in tomato sauce with eggplant, accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by the owner (a very kind and friendly person): Aglianico Rosso I think I'll be back soon.

16/07/2025: Excellent food and atmosphere. Really feels like a family neighbourhood eatery. We enjoyed Fieno Canepinese every time we come but have tried different things over the years. We had 9 people in the group and they have accommodated us well.

22/06/2025: Li conosco dalla prima generazione ho avuto l' onore di pranzare più volte con il nonno ero quattordicenne, ad oggi dopo tre generazioni di gestione il loro piatto forte il fieno è ottimo come allora, gentilezza cortesia e tanta professionalità sono il loro forte...oltre a piatti rinnovati con prodotti tipici e genuini di grande qualità una vera trattoria rinnovata!!

27/05/2025: I have eaten in many Chinese restaurants in my life and I have to admit that this one is one of the best. It is not a "cheapest Chinese" restaurant, you can eat really well here, the food is of high quality, the service is nice and engaging, and the decor is amazing.

07/07/2025: Nice place with good sandwiches, you are a bit detached from the Roman chaos, which is a good thing as well as the fact that the area is not exactly the best in terms of beauty but that's fine in the end you are there to eat not to see the view, if the place is nice, I wouldn't take my girlfriend there on a first date, but definitely for a dinner with your friends yes (even with your girlfriend eh, maybe not on the first one)

28/07/2025: The food was good and delicious, and we were actually looking forward to a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, the mood was dampened by two things. The waitresses seemed distracted and seemed to have lost some of their enthusiasm for their job over the years. However, they weren't unfriendly. The restrooms – like almost everywhere in Italy – aren't the cleanest, and there's no toilet seat or lid. After dinner, we had to wait a long time before a waiter noticed us again. What was particularly annoying was that our handbag was stolen – right at the last table outside. Since there were no other guests sitting behind, in front of, or next to us, we placed it on the floor (don't do that in Italy under any circumstances; always keep your bag in front of you, close to your body!). A middle-aged couple sat down in the interior area, which was visible through an open glass door. Initially, the table was so far away from us that we could easily walk through the glass door. The table was inconspicuously pushed very close to us, making it impossible to get through. After discovering the theft, two or three waiters suddenly appeared at our table (even through the glass door!). Once the bag was no longer found, they quickly cleared the entire table. It felt like less than five minutes later, new guests were sitting at that table. We were only advised to go to the police, and given a brief description of how to get there. That was the extent of the support we received. Despite signs indicating that there was video surveillance, when we asked, we were told there was no video surveillance.

03/08/2025: The gelato is very good; you can tell it's artisanal, not mass-produced. I recommend going when there's a short line because the place is very small and you'll be crowded inside.

02/08/2025: Good food, better than many other places. 4.8 points. You can add toppings for free. It is worth going there specifically for the meal. It is the best food I have eaten in Rome so far.

08/07/2025: I discovered this restaurant by chance, right behind my house. The food is excellent: the recipes are original and the ingredients are super fresh. The waitresses are kind and efficient. The service is fast! They have a very well-stocked cellar, but the house wine is also excellent and reasonably priced! I'll be back soon.

03/07/2025: Excellent pizza, very digestible thanks to the 96-hour leavening. Vegetarian and vegan options always available, even among fried foods. It's my point of reference. Recommended!

The atmosphere is pleasant, with good lighting and comfortable tables for a quiet meal. The service was excellent, with the staff very kind and attentive without being intrusive. Furthermore, the prices seemed fair for the quality offered.
