22/09/2025: A well-appointed bistro with a spacious and well-decorated outdoor terrace. The staff is young and fast. The meatballs carbonara were delicious, the shrimp delicious, and the potatoes good. Special mention for the ribs (excellent) and the fillet sandwich (the bread was excellent and the meat was cooked perfectly). The Viola craft beer was good. Prices were average for the area, in line with the quality of the dishes we tried. A nice surprise, we'll be back.

07/12/2025: It was the best gelato I had in Rome!! 3 flavors for 4.5€ I think I ordered the one named after the shop, strawberry, and pistachio. They gave me a free cookie, and I could choose between whipped cream, chocolate, or white chocolate, so I went with chocolate. The flavor was rich, and the portion was generous. The chocolate drizzle was delicious and crunchy. Even though I only spoke basic English, the staff were very kind. I highly recommend it! If it were closer to me, I'd go there more often...I'll definitely go again if I visit Rome again.

08/10/2025: A delightful little restaurant, just steps from Tiburtina station. There's also a small outdoor terrace overlooking the street. Tastefully and delicately decorated, the staff is young, friendly, and very welcoming. They immediately bring out fresh bread with extra virgin olive oil as a welcome. We had fried calamari and purple potato chips, spaghetti with clams, linguine with lobster, and an octopus salad. Everything was amazing. The flavors were perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. The highlight, for me, was the dessert. They amazed us with homemade cantucci, as if they were freshly baked, accompanied by a glass of Malvasia and an Amaro. The dessert by the glass was truly moving. A vanilla semifreddo, accompanied by basil granita. An unusual and winning combination. A triumph of taste and refinement. The wine list is very extensive; the guys who run the place are sommeliers. Seeing so much enthusiasm among young people in the kitchen, a job that's certainly not easy these days, is heartwarming. Prices are in line with the high quality of the ingredients offered. Recommended for romantic and intimate dinners.

06/10/2025: The wine list is the restaurant's real plus. It's nice inside, but the fishy smell is too strong. The mixed raw fish and cod meatballs are good. The spaghetti with clams is too salty and thick.

22/09/2025: The most natural, authentic, and delicious gelato shop you can find in Rome. Everything is natural, but there are also new flavors, carefully crafted yet still natural, without any added powders or other strange ingredients. For those like me who grew up with the natural gelato my father made, it was like being a child again, with authentic, genuine flavors. Haven't been yet? What are you waiting for? Once you try it, you'll never leave! And it's not just a place to grab a gelato and run away, it's also a meeting place, a place where kindness and politeness reign supreme, where you can joke around and, if your work situation allows, even have a chat. Thanks, guys, you're fantastic.

19/12/2025: Coming from Prato (there's one of the largest Chinese communities in Europe), I'm used to Chinese cuisine, but I especially love Sichuan. They make amazing beef soup. I don't understand why no one in Italy knows about it, yet we also have our own regions with fairly spicy cuisine. Ask the lady who I believe is the owner. In Chinese, the soup is called Shui Zhu Niu Rou (水煮牛肉). She makes it truly expertly. The portion is enough for four people, and I ate it all by myself. Trust me, it's delicious; the Sichuan pepper is a flavor that drives me crazy! Thank you, kind lady. Next time I'm in Rome for work, I'll definitely be back. (P.S.) I walked there from Termini in 5 minutes.

08/12/2025: Restaurant in the historic center of Bagnoregio. We booked as a couple for lunch on December 8th. I had the chitarra pasta with hazelnut pesto and pancetta, a rabbit with potatoes and olives, porchetta-style, and an apple pie. Compliments to the chef; everything was truly delicious. The staff, the two kind and professional young women, despite their busy schedule after the Japanese group arrived, rolled up their sleeves and gave it their all! Compliments!

19/11/2025: Truly typical Roman cuisine! Although small, the atmosphere is super comfortable. The wait staff are all friendly and quick. We're Romans, and we had a great time with relatives from Lombardy.

05/10/2025: We went to Ma Tru in Amatrice and had a truly wonderful time! We chose the tasting menu to try both the gricia and the amatriciana, both exceptional with authentic flavors and generous portions. The arrosticini were also excellent, tender and well-cooked. The waiter was very kind and helpful, and the service overall was impeccable. A highly recommended place, in a welcoming atmosphere!

01/12/2025: Dinner on Saturday for a birthday. We arrived at 8:15, and the first course, a Eurospin-style focaccia reheated in the microwave, arrived after almost an hour. For the tapas, we had to wait a good half hour. Not even an explanation or an apology. A bottle of water was €4. We won't be returning.

02/11/2025: Simply special. The entire staff, both in the dining room and kitchen, is wonderful. The best pizza in the area, and a warm welcome and a cheerful atmosphere are guaranteed.

The next time she verbally attacks her, she'll file a complaint.
