Today, I and some friends did the same. Torre Alfina Castle was very beautiful, and lunch was at Capannaccia da Ciccio. Very good dishes and fast service. The wild boar in salsa verde was definitely the most popular, but overall, we had a great time. Ciccio is a true professional and manages all his customers very well. You feel at home, eating in a farmhouse in the middle of the countryside.

Trattoria Da Giggetto

02/06/2026: Giggetto is undoubtedly one of the most famous restaurants in the area, well-known and consistently well-reviewed. I tried it for the first time and was not disappointed. The location needs no introduction: it's fortunate to be on the lake in a breathtaking setting! Eating al fresco among the trees in the garden overlooking the lake is priceless. The menu is classic, with simple dishes for all tastes (both meat and fish). Everything is well-cooked and the ingredients are top-quality (the sea bream was truly excellent). The service could be improved. We had the fried lake fish, perfect in quantity (in fact, I'd say abundant) and quality! The purgatory beans, baked sea bream with potatoes, and sliced ​​tuna. It definitely deserves its name!!
