Excellent, meat, cured meats, cheeses, friendly staff, and if you like what you eat, they have a butcher shop next door that's definitely worth a try. The excellent, well-stocked cellar is excellent.

I went there last night with my family for dinner:
The welcome was serious, precise, and professional;
The restaurant was casual, yet beautiful and clean in its simplicity;
The service was precise and punctual;
The food was excellent; the appetizer was excellent, the local meat excellent. I was disappointed with the black pork because it wasn't cooked very well, too similar in cooking and preparation, making it taste like a classic pork chop, but without allowing you to savor the flavor.
The price was excellent considering the food, location, and service.
