Special mention must be given to the delivery service: fantastic and incredibly honest guys (one of them even came back to tell me I'd made the mistake of giving him a €6.50 tip)!!! 02/11/2025: The place is cool and cozy. My friend and I were looking for some treats after dinner. The place was not full and still open for a while, which was perfect for us! When we came in there was a woman, not sure if the owner, but gave us very unwelcoming looks. Since it was one of the few places open, we didn't pay much attention but her vibe stayed unwelcoming. However, the positive side of it was that the young man at the bar, not sure his name, was very kind and helpful to us. Even though we didn't speak Italian, only English and Spanish, he was very polite and had lots of patience for us. He wasn't judgmental about our small order for coffee and our inability to communicate in Italian. He spoke well enough English to communicate and he sure made a huge difference for us at that place. I hope he is treated with respect as well, he was such a savior and the last kind person we encountered at a food place on our last night in Italy. The coffee and pastry were great, had the woman's vibes been different, we would've probably consumed more and stayed longer.

29/11/2025: It's the temple of prehistoric, carnivorous man, or what was there before, from appetizers to dessert, all meaty. The bitters from the Kiosk Factory are out of this world. Well done.

21/11/2025: One of the best restaurants in Rome. Staff was so welcoming and truly cared about serving us. Truly felt at home for our meal. Food itself was also amazing and so fresh.

17/11/2025: We had a wonderful experience at La Vecchia Locanda today. For starters, I ordered the octopus with potatoes, and for the mains we had the ossobuco and a fillet mignon with wild mushroom sauce. The food was absolutely delicious — everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. What made our visit truly special, however, was the service. Our waiter was warm, friendly and genuinely attentive. He answered all our questions about the menu, shared a few laughs with us, and struck the perfect balance between being present when needed and never intrusive. He always made sure we had everything we needed and was right there whenever we wanted to ask for something or place another order. Today is my wife’s birthday, and she was surprised with a little celebratory “birthday cake” with a candle. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and it meant a lot to us. We had a fantastic evening and left with the best impressions. Highly recommended — a truly charming restaurant with excellent food and outstanding service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

03/12/2025: My son Stefano and I returned to Rome after a long time, this time for tourism. Wanting something special, we couldn't miss an evening at Operart, my favorite restaurant. The linguine with sea urchins and shrimp was mind-blowing (though I would have preferred a larger portion), and the seared tuna with sesame were the icing on the cake at this classy restaurant. A special thanks to the staff and owners, always smiling, friendly, and super kind.

07/10/2025: A delightful restaurant in the center of Rieti. We ordered two first courses and two side dishes, all delicious. They have many vegetarian and vegan options; in fact, one of the main courses we chose was the vegetarian gricia: a plate of very thinly sliced ​​cabbage with plenty of pecorino cheese—truly fantastic! They also have a wide selection of local wines and craft beers (we tried the Treggia, which was excellent). The restaurant is very elegant and unique, and the jazz background music makes the atmosphere even more pleasant!

19/12/2025: A magnificent restaurant in the heart of the Trastevere neighborhood, with local food and a very welcoming atmosphere. The waiters were attentive to our every need and offered recommendations. They served us a complimentary appetizer of tuna polpette, and for starters we ordered oysters, tuna tartare, and sea bass carpaccio, which we had never tried before and was surprisingly delicious. For our main course, we had lasagna, different from the others but spectacular, and a wonderful lobster risotto—it was like taking a bite of the sea. Finally, for dessert, we ordered tiramisu, also different from the others we had tried but incredibly good. The price is a bit higher than other restaurants in the area, but it's worth every penny; you get what you pay for. On our next visit to Rome, we will definitely return and recommend it to everyone!
