02/08/2025: I went to this restaurant multiple times during my stay in Rome and everything I ate was stellar, especially pasta and desserts. Waiters were always nice and attentive, even during the rush hour. They have a cute outdoor seating area.
29/07/2025: We had a delicious dinner here, with one of the best vegan lasagnes i have tasted! The vegan carbonara was lovely and the tiramisu was one of the best vegan ones I tried in Rome! The seating area outside was nice & the staff were friendly. So impressed with these vegan options!

28/07/2025: My partner and I came here for dinner over the past week. These photos are from our first dinner, where we ordered a Neapolitan pizza, a Francescana pizza, and for dessert, a tiramisu and a crostata pie. Both pizzas were spectacular, and the desserts were more of the same. The service from both staff members was excellent, and they were super friendly.

A simple but genuine place, like the dishes and the staff, food of a goodness that transcends time, flavors perhaps now forgotten that take you back to a past where gourmet did not exist but only the pleasure of munching on a plate of traditional Italian and Roman pasta. Not to be missed

17/06/2025: Domenica sono stata con amici in questo ristorante che già conoscevo in quanto anni fa ero andata con colleghi ad una cena di lavoro. In quella occasione avevamo preso tutti della carne cucinata alla perfezione. Questa volta essendo un Pranzo ho provato degli antipasti della casa e fettuccine fatta in casa con porcini. I prodotti sono freschissimi , i piatti gustosi senza risultare pesanti. Il proprietario simpatico e non invadente. Cosa dire.... da provare è nel mio caso da ritornarci!

I had a great time; the owner is friendly, and the food is plentiful.
I highly recommend the burgers, which, despite being large, surprised me because they were well cooked.
The desserts are really good and have a wide selection.
The service is also excellent.
I recommend it and will definitely be back.

Update: After a year or so that I hadn't gone because I had a bad experience the other night we saw that the "old" bartender or in any case the girl who runs the place had returned and as if by magic everything went as it once was, very kind staff, fabulous cocktails, perfect service!! So for those like us who hadn't gone because we had a bad experience, COME BACK because it's really worth it!!!

I often go to Brikke for breakfast and every time it is a pleasure. The environment is welcoming, the staff is always very kind and helpful. They have an excellent selection of croissants, pizzas and even spit-roasted meat - ideal both for starting the day well and for a quick but tasty lunch.
The quality is always high and you can feel the attention to detail. Highly recommended for those who are in the area or want to discover a nice place in Centocelle!
