22/07/2025: What can I say... Everything was great, it makes me want to come back every night!!! The staff were friendly and made me feel at home, the atmosphere elegant yet simple, where you can feel the high level of professionalism, managed with simplicity. Authentic flavors and quality ingredients. I can still taste the chicory and meatballs on a pecorino cream sauce! I dined alone, but it was as if I were eating with friends. COME ON, MAURA, you are amazing!!!!!

06/07/2025: ***Revised from 1 star to 3 stars only because of Elda at the front desk reaching out to apologize! While we waited for a cab to take us to an evening event. Scheduled additional night after our tour group, 8 of us in 3 rooms. They made us change rooms. The desk agents, and manager told us come back after lunch and your bags will be moved for you into your new rooms and your rooms will be ready. returned after 1p, no rooms weren't ready, waited in the lobby, as one room at a time was prepared, first room was ready about 1:45p. Second at 2:10, third around 2:40. No apologies, no concessions.

25/07/2025: Kisspizza nasce nel 1994 come pizza a domicilio e tavola calda con una trentina di posti a sedere.Qui la pizza è molto digeribile, impastata con tanto amore e lievito madre per almeno 24h.Vengono usati prodotti senza lattosio come ad esempio mozzarella, e da quest'anno utilizzano anche farine per celiaci.Il tutto viene cotto al mattone e senza olio, ad eccezione dei famosi supplì senza carne!Una comodo novità: è possibile ordinare anche dal sito, comodissimo quando si è in ufficio!

13/07/2025: pizza senza glutine scadente. Ha messo il crudo anziché il cotto come da ingredienti sul menù (il crudo cotto nel forno poi), le zucchine sulla pizza invece erano crude. Se per lui è presentabile una pizza così ...

16/07/2025: Non sono solito scrivere recensioni ma questa me la detta il cuore. Già conoscevo il locale, per averci mangiato la migliore pizza napoletana di Roma. Oggi però ho mi ci sono recato per un pranzo con i parenti. Cibo squisito (pizza Margherita officinale, primi piatti deliziosi e abbondanti, un filetto di spigola tenero e saporitissimo e, infine, cheesecakee gelati buonissimi e dalle porzioni generose) ma soprattutto un servizio attento e preciso, condito da tanta gentilezza e disponibilità (con una speciale menzione per Giuseppe il titolare). Cos'altro aggiungere... locale pulito e ordinato e pezzi top. Un'esperienza da continuare a ripetere.

16/07/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best pizza of my life! I've been to Casale del Fornaccio and I still dream about that pizza: truly the best I've ever eaten! The dough was fragrant, light, perfectly cooked, and the ingredients were of the highest quality. The place is very welcoming and well-kept, perfect for a quiet evening. A special shout-out to the waiter, who was incredibly kind and friendly. An experience I can't wait to repeat. Highly recommended!

27/07/2025: Absolutely amazing experience! The carpaccio was delicious, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the chef was truly outstanding — not only very passionate about his work but also took great care of our child, which made the evening even more special. The food overall was fantastic, every dish beautifully presented and full of taste. The chef also speaks English, which was a big plus for us. We highly recommend this restaurant – a true gem!

12/07/2025: It's our favorite place for lunch on the way to pick up local specialties. It's an excellent restaurant, well-maintained in its interior and cuisine. The first courses are delicious and plentiful, and the lamb is excellent, cooked in various ways. I recommend the gricia and scottadito lamb, and for dessert, the coffee anisette panna cotta. You can also try many other dishes, all excellent. The price is reasonable: two covers, two first courses, two second courses, a side dish, a liter of mineral water, 1/2 liter of wine, two desserts, two coffees, €60. On our next trip, we'll stop again to try other dishes. We recommend it, confident that you'll be satisfied with your choice. PS: Call before you go to book.

01/07/2025: The best griccia I have ever eaten and not only ... Every dish is authentic, sublime, all the flavors remain imprinted. The staff is attentive to the customer and fast. Excellent value for money, if you are in the area book and you will not regret it.

26/05/2025: We were lucky to find this place on a day trip out of Rome. The food and friendly team were outstanding. I can't think how we would have found anything remotely matching this place in Rome itself. Can't really fault the quality of the food or the welcoming and helpful staff. If you are visiting Rome & read this recognise that there are regular trains from Termini which cost buttons (approx.£4.00 return) and take about 25 mins. It's then a few mins walk into the old town.
