15/03/2025: This 🍕 is simply unbeatable! 🤩😍😱 I wouldn't hesitate to take a day trip - fly from Dortmund to Rome, take the train to Viterbo - just to be able to eat here again. Absolute madness. Questa 🍕 è semplicemente imbattibile! 🤩😍😱 Farei senza esitazione a viaggio di giorno - volare da Dortmund a Roma, prendere il treno per Viterbo - solo per poter mangiare di nuovo qui. Everything is incredible!

Shards stuffed with meat, fish, tech cheeses etc covered with pizza dough! Truly delicious!!! They make a unique dish!!!! A little difficult to find parking but... it's worth it!

23/03/2025: Situato all’interno del centro storico ma vicino al parcheggio multipiano. Location meravigliosa con sale in stile antico, piatti buonissimi è possibilità di gluten free… personale molto gentile. Possibilità di una bella passeggiata dopo mangiato nel centro di Anagni.

16/04/2025: The food is good but when I asked for a glass of red wine I was told that I had to take the whole bottle or take a glass of white. So I asked for at least a beer but they didn't have it, so I had to drink water. The oil that was used to season the fennel salad was terrible. The music was too loud which forced customers to raise their voices.

They offer excellent combinations of flavors and, among the few artisanal ones in Rome, many fruit flavors. I wish much success to whoever is behind this business that perhaps with time allows them to find a slightly larger space where they can eat an ice cream while sitting and perhaps offering even more flavors.

25/03/2025: Incredible experience at El Maíz! If you are looking for authentic Venezuelan food, El Maíz is the perfect place. From the beginning, the service was impeccable, with a friendly and helpful staff that made the experience even better. The food is simply spectacular. I tried the arepas and the cachapas, both delicious, with fresh ingredients and flavors that transported me directly to Venezuela. I also recommend the empanadas, crispy on the outside and full of flavor on the inside. The atmosphere of the place is cozy, with a decoration that makes you feel at home. Also, the prices are fair for the quality and flavor of the food. Without a doubt, El Maíz has become my favorite place to enjoy Venezuelan cuisine. I will be back soon!

25/03/2025: In the immortal words of Homer Simpson "Holy Crapparolly". Went for dinner with my family and the food was awesome! Portions were generous and prices were very reasonable for Rome. Especially love the Tostones.

25/03/2025: A delightful location, excellent for business meetings or for an intimate evening, courteous service attentive to customer needs, as far as the food is concerned, everything to say, the parmigiana and the pork chops are absolutely worth trying, tasty and melt in the mouth, the pork-based meat dish with cabbage is excellent, tasty and particular. Price/quality ratio normal. When the quality of the raw material and professionalism come together they give excellent results. For the choice of wine we relied on Roberto, a rather apt choice.. I will have to return to try the first ones.
