15/06/2025: The place is very characteristic in the center of the town, to get there a little difficult you have to walk a bit, the food very delicate but very good, compliments to the chef, the service more than positive, the meter very expert in displaying the dishes and very joking, more than positive as a first experience, I can not indicate the price as I was at a birthday party, but for what we ate I think it can easily exceed 50.00 euros per person, but it is worth it, since you eat very well.

The service is courteous, fast and attentive, and the prices are fair compared to the quality offered. A highly recommended experience for those who want to eat well in a historic and welcoming context. A tavern with a soul, where tradition and passion meet at the table.

18/07/2025: Absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, but what truly made it special was the staff. One of the guys asked where we were from, and then surprised us by drawing our country’s flag on the coffee—it was such a sweet and personal touch. The brioche was also delicious—You can really feel the warmth and hospitality here. Also prices are really cheap. Highly recommended!

11/07/2025: After the early morning visit at Di Trevi Fountain we wanted to take a breakfast. This place was opened at 6:30 already, and had a bunch of locals in. We took 2 sandwitches, 2 cornetti with cream and 2 big coffies with total price 12€. They make them here in the local, everything was delicious and the staff is very friendly. I would totaly recommend and come here again 👍👍

25/06/2025: Fabulous pizzas .. my favorite "la norcina" and also the accurate cuisine, waiters always with a smile and to conclude you can't miss the hazelnut cake 😉✌️ in short recommended!!!!

27/07/2025: If there were more stars, we'd give them all. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, and it was truly charming to eat among the alleys of Subiaco. Furthermore, the owner, who served us and gave us excellent advice, especially by letting us try a very good liqueur, made the evening pleasant and unforgettable. The Subiaco-style pasta was delicious; I would have gladly had a second helping, and it wasn't too spicy. The wild boar ribs were delicious, so delicate, I would have had a third. 20/07/2025: An evening with friends during a lovely weekend away....the quality of all the dishes was truly excellent. The appetizers were plentiful and of high quality, not to mention the first courses, which were superb and plentiful....a truly excellent place to spend an evening. Book in advance as there are only a few tables.

23/06/2025: This local spot was such a good find! Stayed at an Airbnb close by, and saw this on Google maps. Went there on our first morning there, and went back every day we were there! Tried almost everything, and everything flavour we tried was delicious. My favourites were the eggplant flavour and potato flavour! There are also vegan options, like the plain marinara sauce and the cherry tomato!

20/06/2025: Small pizzeria by the slice in the San Paolo area, excellent Roman red pizza, worth a visit just for that, the other pizzas are also very good

23/07/2025: The view from the terrace is incredible!!! We were there during the day. The waiters are friendly. We ordered coffee with tiramisu - it was delicious. The prices are reasonable for a restaurant at a five-star hotel. The restaurant premises are beautiful.

24/07/2025: Meatballs were absolutely delicious. Margherita pizza was sooo good, delicate sauce, crisp/brick oven crust, and the mozzarella was fresh. The spinach ravioli could have used more ricotta (I wanted the filling to be more creamy), but was light, al dente, and a hint of earthiness from the sage butter. You must try…. when in Rome🩷

25/07/2025: I got the facchino and it was so tasty. The burrata is amazing with a chili kick and freshly sliced meats. Would recommend 👌🏼
