25/03/2025: Very exquisite fish restaurant. But only fish - no children's meals or anything like that. Not suitable for families with children who don't have a strong preference for high-quality fish. Unfortunately, it is also very expensive compared to the restaurants around it. But the quality of the food, the service and the ambience were very nice.

10/04/2025: A place with a well-kept appearance and a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. I was welcomed with a very tasty entrée, potato croquettes accompanied by lemon mayonnaise. I chose chopped beef as starters, seasoned with a very delicate cream topping of dehydrated porcini mushrooms and the very tasty sour note of the giardiniera that accompanied the tartare. I also really enjoyed the sweetbreads with the mayonnaise trilogy. Lime, berries and garlic. Certainly worth taking. All accompanied by bread from your trusted bakery and a scrocchiarella focaccia proposed by the chef. Off the menu, the first course is a pleasant guinea fowl tortello creamed with orange butter and black olive crumble. Balanced taste. The tortello sheet is perfect, the citrus note is barely perceptible, the filling is good, but the taste of the guinea fowl is difficult to decipher. Overall very pleasant taste. As a second course, a very tender pork cheek accompanied by a classic creamed potato. Finally, a tasting of the à la carte desserts. If you take a starter, first course and second course, my advice is to opt for a single dessert. It's difficult to say which was my favourite, all good, but too full to fully appreciate them. What can I say, if you have come to visit the suggestive atmosphere of the city of Bolsena and its lake, not far from the historic center and the historic avenue of Via Nicola Colesanti, I suggest you try this place. From what I ate and from the table service, it is clear that capable and competent people work there.

07/04/2025: Top! I chose the pigeon menu and was thrilled - every component was perfectly coordinated. The double preparation of the pigeon with the liver bignè was a highlight. On recommendation there was also an excellent red wine and a delicious pre-dessert as a surprise. The ambience is stylish and fits perfectly with the luxurious, creative food on offer. Clear recommendation!

17/03/2025: We booked with The Fork and, while in other places we noticed a certain difference both in the service and in the choice of courses, here at "Il Torrione" we did not notice any difference between us and the other "common" diners. The position of the table is beautiful, the staff are very kind and super helpful and the dishes... Exquisite to say the least! Just to say: fried polenta and mushrooms, as well as the pear and pecorino ravioli and the citrus mayonnaise, made me close my eyes at how delicious they were! Truly flavors never tasted before. I would add: I am a vegetarian and there is a lot of choice on the menu. Thank you!!!

09/03/2025: Exceptional food, excellent service, they are very kind and I thank them for serving the little girl immediately so as not to make her wait. Relaxing and pleasant background music. A small restaurant but worth trying if you are passing through Subiaco or on a nice detour. Truly a nice discovery

15/03/2025: Today I went to eat at their place. What can I say, as a true Bari native they strongly reminded me of the flavors of my land. Top level panzerotti and pasticciotti. Courtesy and professionalism.

22/02/2025: The place is small, but the cuisine is excellent and delicate. We really liked the focaccia, it reminded me of the one I ate as a child. We recommend the tasting menu if you want to try the dishes they have available... for everything else we are fans of the panzerotto and focaccia!

08/03/2025: We love this place! We had been here several times. The menu changes depending on the season. The dishes are incredible tasty and the service always friendly and really welcoming. Clorofilla is a place for something special, something a little bit extraordinary. If I have to mention something to improve: 1-2 vegetarian dishes more on the menu would be appreciated. 09/04/2025: One of my favorites in Rome, an ideal place, with very delicious tables and sandwiches, with a menu in Spanish (quite a detail), super friendly and attentive waiters, very good price, a must visit!!!

11/04/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant with my boyfriend and I must say that in Ostia it was one of my best experiences. Fresh and excellent food, efficient and friendly staff, in particular the extremely friendly waiter Riccardo. We will definitely be back.

05/04/2025: A nice surprise in an area like Ostia where it is not easy to find good restaurants where you can eat fish. The dishes we tried (fried anchovies, raw seafood (excellent), Mexican octopus, black ravioli with amberjack, tonnarelli with octopus and mussels, tuna in a crust (perhaps the best dish) and fried calamari and prawns) were all excellent. The wine list is extensive with Italian and foreign proposals, and the staff is kind and friendly. At the moment in our opinion it is the best restaurant in the area.

23/02/2025: Siamo stati accolti con un sorriso e abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Abbiamo provato diversi piatti tra vegetariano e carnivoro per gusti diversi tra noi. Anche il vino, merlot israeliano, molto piacevole.
