10/05/2025: We spent a very pleasant lunch hosted - it is really the case to say - by the restaurant La Conca. Delicious Gricia and Amatriciana and excellent arrosticini! Mrs. Elisabetta made us feel at home and we had the privilege through her stories to learn a little more about the history and the present of Amatrice. We promised ourselves to return along one of the recommended paths that she recommended to us and to try some other delicious and genuine dishes prepared by Mr. Gabriele. Absolutely recommended! P.s.: unfortunately it is truly disheartening that the reconstruction of Amatrice is no longer spoken of. Nine years have passed. Let us not forget those places and the people who live there.

06/05/2025: If you have to eat amatriciana there is no better place... it was born there. But the rest of the menu is no different either. The managers and waiters are courteous and very approachable, guided by the master who has spent a lifetime in that place.

30/04/2025: Small and characteristic restaurant in the historic center of Latera; it also has an outdoor space with a view of the countryside. Riccardo is a truly exceptional person: with his friendly and exuberant character, he transmits his great passion for cooking and the search for simple but tasty dishes, expertly harmonized with traditional recipes.

10/04/2025: A place with a well-kept appearance and a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. I was welcomed with a very tasty entrée, potato croquettes accompanied by lemon mayonnaise. I chose chopped beef as starters, seasoned with a very delicate cream topping of dehydrated porcini mushrooms and the very tasty sour note of the giardiniera that accompanied the tartare. I also really enjoyed the sweetbreads with the mayonnaise trilogy. Lime, berries and garlic. Certainly worth taking. All accompanied by bread from your trusted bakery and a scrocchiarella focaccia proposed by the chef. Off the menu, the first course is a pleasant guinea fowl tortello creamed with orange butter and black olive crumble. Balanced taste. The tortello sheet is perfect, the citrus note is barely perceptible, the filling is good, but the taste of the guinea fowl is difficult to decipher. Overall very pleasant taste. As a second course, a very tender pork cheek accompanied by a classic creamed potato. Finally, a tasting of the à la carte desserts. If you take a starter, first course and second course, my advice is to opt for a single dessert. It's difficult to say which was my favourite, all good, but too full to fully appreciate them. What can I say, if you have come to visit the suggestive atmosphere of the city of Bolsena and its lake, not far from the historic center and the historic avenue of Via Nicola Colesanti, I suggest you try this place. From what I ate and from the table service, it is clear that capable and competent people work there.

07/04/2025: Top! I chose the pigeon menu and was thrilled - every component was perfectly coordinated. The double preparation of the pigeon with the liver bignè was a highlight. On recommendation there was also an excellent red wine and a delicious pre-dessert as a surprise. The ambience is stylish and fits perfectly with the luxurious, creative food on offer. Clear recommendation!

15/05/2025: Nice but not very well-kept environment (maybe because it's not yet in high season). We were the only ones at lunch that day, the food was very good but the service left a lot to be desired. At one point, needing the waitress, I had to get up and go call her while she was eating with the staff in the other room. Family-run restaurant I suppose... but maybe a little too familiar

10/05/2025: We came here to celebrate our last day in Tuscania! Fantastic service and great atmosphere. Food was perfect from beginning to end and a lot. We tried as much as we could on the menu and loved all of it. Thank you for having us!

10/05/2025: The fried tomato and mozzarella panzerotti were good at the time, as was a black cherry dessert, but the onion parcel had too much dough and was not very tasty. A panzerotto is €3.20 a bit too much knowing the prices of the places where it is sold, namely Puglia. However, the environment leaves something to be desired, there were leftovers of cooked food on display, placed on plates, which did not give the impression of being fresh and clean.

14/05/2025: Super cute place, with good music, excellent service and delicious food. Made extremely welcome by the friendly and helpful staff, with a great suggestion for a pizza. Pizza was delicious, and pistachio cheesecake was fantastic! No awkward feelings with our terrible attempts to speak Italian, and a lovely experience all around. Cherry on the top of the cake was being sent on our way by the lovely black cat, Etta. Thank you for having us!
