04/05/2025: Rating 4: exact average between the 5 that I would have given to the restaurant and the external structure, and the 3 for the room. 10/10 restaurant, everything delicious and of high quality. The exterior of the structure is very well kept, a large green garden with swimming pool, an oasis of peace. The rooms are very clean but would need some maintenance starting with the mattresses which should be changed, as well as a general restyling. The very kind and helpful staff and owners paid a lot of attention to my celiac daughter who was very pampered from breakfast to dinner. Absolutely recommended establishment

04/06/2025: We stayed overnight and had dinner at the inn. The staff is very welcoming, which really makes the difference! We were assigned a very large room even though we were a couple, with a kitchen, two double bedrooms and a small terrace. For dinner we were offered a 1.4kg Fiorentina di Chianina because a smaller one was not available, to be shared between two of course. What can I say, spectacular meat! Probably the best I have ever eaten. Excellent choice of wines and the dessert was also good. At the end of the dinner the owner apologized for the wait, which in reality there was no wait despite the number of guests in the restaurant. Reasonable price, quality has to be paid for. We will definitely be back

08/06/2025: Beautiful evening in company, a beautiful quiet place on the square of San Martino, excellent food of traditional Umbrian cuisine, well-stocked wine shop, very kind and professional staff, excellent value for money. Definitely worth returning.

11/06/2025: I would start with a small outdoor seating area where the waiters had to do acrobatics to get to the table. The restaurant offers traditional pizza, which we had ready very quickly (within 10 minutes), which I appreciate, on the other hand, it was very bland in taste, but maybe that could have been our choice. The price of the pizza is 10€, which is adequate. For dessert I had tiramisu, which was amazing. What can't be said about the service, because the waiters took turns and didn't show much interest in the customers. You should try it anyway. :)

05/06/2025: One of the biggest choices of pizza we ever seen. Delicious dough with plenty of ingredients on the pizza!! Really great deal with low prices! Superb!!

The restaurant is run by young people with equally young, but efficient and trained staff. The dishes are prepared with attention and attention to detail. 21/05/2025: We zijn er 2 avonden op rij gaan eten omdat het zo lekker was en we nog meer gerechten wouden proeven. Met een primi alleen heb je eigenlijk al genoeg gegeten. Zeer lekkere smaken en royale porties. Een aanrader!

18/05/2025: Searching online for a restaurant in Foligno I found this inn that struck me for the photos of its dishes and... My expectations were fully met. We ate the carbonara and the pappardelle L wild boar and for dessert the pistachio cream puffs. The very refined environment, the very tasty dishes and the kind staff, plus the super honest bill. 28/04/2025: Il ristorante si trova in un luogo incantato. Si deve salire molto attraversando una strada isolata, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Si arriva in un paese medievale splendido e il locale è proprio in cima al paese con una vista spettacolare su tutta la vallata. Cibo tipico cucinato benissimo. Carta dei vini ottima e a prezzi molto più che onesti. Tornassi in Umbria sarebbe il primo locale in cui andrei

A very friendly welcome, delicious menu, very reasonable prices, and the cherry on top: a terrace under a very cute and typical pergola. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
