01/12/2025: A small "inn" with an open kitchen. The atmosphere is well-maintained and authentic in every way. The menu focuses on typical Egubian and Umbrian dishes, with a special focus on truffles. We opted for a tasting platter, which was excellent value. The quality of the ingredients was excellent. Every bite took me back to the cooking of my mother, aunt, and grandmothers. The service was excellent, with the waitresses always smiling and friendly. I highly recommend it.

27/11/2025: This small restaurant, though intimate and welcoming, offers a casual, traditional, and family-friendly atmosphere. The food and service are impeccable, with courtesy, kindness, and professionalism. Typical local dishes offer excellent value. We'll definitely return.

12/12/2025: The restaurant is truly excellent, the dishes were delicious and carefully prepared. However, the real highlight was the service, which I would describe as excellent. I was delighted to note a rare respect for etiquette: the waiters consistently served the women first, followed by the men.

04/10/2025: Good food, some sophisticated and unique dishes. Good quality meat. Good service. Nice location, but tables too close together. The atmosphere (measured in terms of clientele) is too loud.

30/09/2025: Stopping by before the Serie D match between Cannara and Grosseto, a special lunch awaited, as did the entire staff! Strangozzi with truffles and fillet steak with sauce, pepper, and raisins, served with roast potatoes—truly out of this world, all washed down with a lovely glass of red wine, complete with a glass of limoncello! Definitely worth it, a hug from Maremma!

28/08/2025: Recommended. Prices are in line with other local restaurants. The appetizer was good, and among the first courses, the gnocchi with Norcina-style truffle stood out. The roast was excellent. As for the "ricotta tiramisu," it wasn't the classic tiramisu, but rather a jar of ricotta with pieces of chocolate. It fell short of our expectations. We'll be back anyway. 16/11/2025: An exquisite experience here at Osteria del Ravale, a restaurant in the Campello sul Clitumno area, a short distance from the famous springs described by Virgil and Byron. Excellent Umbrian cuisine is offered at this restaurant, located in a somewhat hidden area near the old Flaminia road. Ample parking and a beautiful structure, typical of an Umbrian stone farmhouse. The interior is also inviting and well-appointed, although there are stairs, making it difficult for the disabled. But let's move on to the dishes. From mountain appetizers to first courses, from meat-based main courses to dessert, it's an explosion of Umbrian flavors and tastes. It's hard to say what to recommend. Try what appeals to you most and you won't be disappointed. A sublime experience. Average price, but excellent quality. Highly recommended! 22/11/2025: A pleasant discovery in the center of Norcia. Excellent food, a welcoming atmosphere, and very friendly staff, especially Benedetta, who was incredibly helpful.

11/11/2025: Stopped in for something to eat on a Monday night. Most places were closed. Selection of pizzas and snacks. Service was good and they spoke English. Everyone was very friendly! They have a seating area at the back.

11/12/2025: Awful Trattoria. Nauseating food. Average service and terrible management. We ordered pumpkin soup that was incredibly watery and tasteless. It also had huge pieces of rosemary that you could almost choke on, and pumpkin-filled tortellini, described on the menu as having caramelized onion sauce and crispy pancetta. Imagine my shock when they served me a plate of boiled tortellini with chunks of raw onion and enormous pieces of pancetta on top, no sauce, and practically raw. I complained and expressed my shock at how disgusting the tortellini were to the waitress, and she politely offered me another plate, but I had already tried eating them by removing the inedible topping, and I lost all appetite and desire to try anything else. Furthermore, we paid the cover charge, but they didn't even serve us a crumb of bread. The worst part came when, after waiting a long time at the register, we told the owner that the dishes were inedible, especially the tortellini, and she responded rudely and accusing us of not wanting to pay. It's astonishing that in beautiful Assisi and in the land of the beloved Saint Francis, people like this can run restaurants, if they can even be called restaurants. A place to forget and definitely not on your itinerary in wonderful Umbria.

22/11/2025: It was a truly moving experience. I love homemade, authentic flavors, and I found exactly that here. Simple cuisine, yet flavors that blend beautifully together. Dishes that truly moved me. I recommend them.

12/10/2025: Discovered by chance, delicious gelato. I had a cup of Williams pears, cinnamon and chocolate chips, and strawberry grapes, prickly pears, and basil. An explosion of flavor. It's a shame I couldn't try the other flavors, so many and so unusual. Definitely worth a try if you're passing through Spoleto.

30/11/2025: Pleasant and well-kept atmosphere, fast service, and a very friendly, down-to-earth owner. The menu offers numerous culinary options, from the pizzeria (Neapolitan pizza, thick and richly topped, and served pre-sliced) to the restaurant (we'll be back to try the first and second courses!!). We especially enjoyed the appetizer, which was very generous and accompanied by the unique fried gnocco! Very fair prices and a full belly, highly recommended!

10/11/2025: The atmosphere is uniquely suited to young people, but with great 80s and 90s music. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the owners are wonderful. The food is excellent, high-quality, and well-prepared.
