04/01/2024: Straordinaria scoperta, questo hotel meraviglioso a gestione familiare che supera ogni aspettativa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, location elegante e raffinata meravigliosamente gestita da una famiglia disponibile, attenta, sensibile, professionale, generosa e affidabile! Le stanze sono comodissime, eleganti, molto molto pulite ed attrezzate con grande tv, frigo bar e tutto quanto può essere utile! Non manca nulla! Il ristorante ha un menù ricco, vario e articolato, anche con cibi locali ma soprattutto con pasta e dolci fatti in casa… e non solo! Aggiungo che il personale è molto disponibile anche nel fornire indicazioni e consigli. Todi è un punto centrale di partenza per le più belle tappe in questa meravigliosa regione… in tutte le stagioni! Fidatevi e provate, non fatevi scappare l’opportunità di vivere questa meravigliosa esperienza, che siate giovani o meno giovani. Qui stanno bene tutti! Grazie per averci fatto sentire a casa! 02/01/2024: Ottima esperienza sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ottimo cibo al ristorante con presentazione notevole e servizio eccellente. Prodotti di qualità. Divertente serata di fine anno con animazione e musica dal vivo. È stato come stare in famiglia. Consigliatissimo.

We came across this sandwich shop walking around the center of Todi late at night, with the real intention of trying it given the location and the reviews The owner welcomed us well and the sandwiches with porchetta and pork sausage, turnip greens and smoked scamorza were very tasty! All seasoned with freshly made chips from peeled and fried potatoes An excellent street food dinner with the pleasure of quality ingredients

01/04/2024: Excellent sandwiches, both for the bread / text, and for the ingredients, and for the way of flavoring everything. Above all, freshly prepared and cooked. Fair prices and very friendly family management. There's usually a bit of a wait but it's worth it! The only flaw is that you only pay in cash.

07/02/2024: Tried it in the summer. A corner of true paradise, a dream location where you can dine directly in front of the hill on which Todi stands, it almost feels like you can touch it with your hands. Unique peace, relaxation and quiet! Dinner was definitely good. The most impressive thing is the excellent quality/price ratio. We had an appetizer based on courgette flowers stuffed with goat's ricotta with courgette cream and freshly grated truffle on the plate. A truly well made dish, the best of the evening. Followed by a good first course based on homemade strangozzi with truffles. "Only" normal was the large selection of cheeses that I took as a second course, as well as the plate of Cinta ham produced by them taken by my partner and the dessert, a sort of lemon pastry. The evening was positively enriched by an excellent Orvieto Classico Superiore produced by Palazzone. Also very interesting is the vast selection of coffees from various parts of the world (Himalaya, Jamaica....). Finally I allowed myself to end the evening with a fantastic 1974 Bas Armagnac! Sublime.

29/12/2023: Non avrei mai detto di rimanere letteralmente estasiato da delle verdure.... e poi i sapori dei salumi di cinta senese, e i dolci incredibili! Bastano queste parole credo per far capire che è stata un'esperienza nuova e incredibile quella provata da Fiorfiore, tanti tanti complimenti allo chef o alla chef

16/03/2024: Auguriamo al simpatico nuovo chef Andrea Salvatori tanta fortuna per il futuro. Per ora posso dire di essere uscita con una forte delusione proprio sul filetto di angus che avrebbe dovuto essere il piatto forte del locale. Speriamo che sia soltanto un incidente di percorso.
