07/05/2026: Everything was excellent: the food, the service, and the price. While we waited for our dishes to arrive, we were treated to a complimentary appetizer of bruschetta stuffed with their porchetta: F A B U L E!!! Since we hadn't ordered one of their generous platters, we made a point of returning. The dessert also deserves a special mention: the millefeuille with cream and black cherries was delicious.

19/07/2026: We entered and sat down at a small table in the corner, but it turned out to be a forgotten corner. First, the water we ordered was forgotten; once that was rectified, the food arrived (okay, not wow), but the beer and the glass of red wine didn't come. No one even checked to see if it was good. At other tables, we saw oil and pepper being brought. Nothing for us. After pointing this out to the waiter, he offered us an amaro as an apology, but that also took a very long time to arrive…

20/07/2026: The owner is professional and friendly. He doesn't push pressure, he doesn't act like a "salesman," but he welcomes guests and makes them feel at home. The food was excellent, and it was a wonderful evening. Recommended.

22/07/2026: Visited on an art intensive - the cappuccino and croissant were absolutely fireeee. Best way to start the morning in Spoleto🩷 Lovely views of the mercado and barista was really helpful with language barrier!

25/12/2025: Unfortunately my experience which took place on Christmas Day was negative, I must say that I had booked a month in advance and instead they had not marked the reservation by putting us in a room that was not heated by the sun, we ate with our coats there were 4 of us. The waiters who logically put their faces on it every time they came apologized so a 10 to them who are polite and good at their job but the organization leaves a lot to be desired, as for food I only liked the lasagna which was really good the presto did not satisfy me, you know it is a special day and it would be better to try on a quieter day. We will not return, the owner with whom we had the pleasure of speaking did not show up.

10/05/2026: Niche restaurant, which you need to know to be able to find it with the navigator ... it offers refined dishes, with raw materials of excellent quality at a decidedly excellent price given the quality ... everything delicious from the starters to the main courses and side dishes ... even the simple apple pie was exceptionally good, with a fabulous flavour that made you want to eat more ... well kept and cared for, it has an outdoor car park, a well-kept entrance with beautiful and colourful flowers and a very beautiful interior ... visible from the uploaded photos 🥰🥰🥰.. 100% recommended

29/04/2026: We stopped by for lunch during a long cycling tour. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The estate, under the sun, was well worth a visit. We didn't sleep here, just had lunch.

13/06/2026: Yesterday, in search of the magical taste of truffles, we visited the restaurant "Il Tartufo" in Spoleto, a place steeped in 99 years of history and tradition. A regal and dignified atmosphere, it seemed to stand still from the first step on its ancient floors. Its walls, painted a unique and nostalgic color, suddenly transported me to the charming corridors of my childhood and adolescence, reminding me of that charming boutique where I used to buy shoes as a child. For me, a meal is never simply a matter of satisfying one's hunger, but rather a ritual banquet that begins the moment the gentle, attentive hands of the waiters bring the dish to the table; that first moment of visual encounter with the magnificence of the dish, its intoxicating aroma, and, finally, that pure flavor that must unleash a true revolution in the soul. As each dish arrived, I felt as if I were sitting admiring an art exhibition: a masterpiece of vibrant colors and harmonious geometric shapes that, thanks to the majestic presence of truffles, reached the pinnacle of perfection, instilling in my spirit the ecstasy of savoring the best the world has to offer. Listening to the eventful history of this family, who has preserved and passed down this fire from generation to generation, was as sweet and rejuvenating as savoring those legendary dishes. The impeccable, sublime, and affectionate service of the staff made this immersive journey between history and modernity perfect. Now, in these difficult and turbulent times, my greatest hope for the new generations who inherit this family treasure is that they may walk with firm and proud steps, just like their noble ancestors, so that this radiant light of authenticity will not be extinguished by the gusts of time, allowing those who come after us to also enjoy this pure splendor.

08/12/2025: I wanted to hug the chef, but I was really too full. There were seven of us. The regular dishes were good, the truffle dishes were good, the snail dishes were good. There's an impressive variety of choices, and everything we ordered was good. The meat—wild boar, lamb, chicken wings—was all juicy, tender, and flavorful without being overly flavorful. The sauces were excellent, in the case of goose, truffle, snails, and a simple red wine. We finished with semifreddo and a special spoletina. The house red wine was strong but pleasant. The limoncello and grappa were special, especially the grappa, which was very smooth. I really appreciated it. It was my first time, but I really hope it won't be my last. I forgot to mention the very courteous, fast, and helpful service. Exceptional people. I want to go back! I hope I'll be in time.... Photo of the snail menu.

04/10/2025: A sensational, unique, and authentic experience! Everything was exceptionally good, from the appetizers to the coffee, from the first courses to the second courses, from the side dishes to the dessert! The location is neat and welcoming, the service is very friendly and attentive to every request. The final bill was excellent! We will definitely be back!

09/04/2026: Easter Monday lunch for two. Fast service, friendly and professional wait staff. We ordered à la carte, and everything was delicious. Honorable mention for the excellent house red wine in a carafe. Very good value for money. What can I say... 5 stars.

07/04/2026: We dined at this restaurant over the Easter holidays, a family of two adults and two girls. We opted for the tourist menu, and everything was fabulous! The waiters were also extremely kind and professional. We highly recommend it!

08/06/2026: We stayed at the Valle Rosa farmhouse in Spoleto this weekend (June 6-7, 2026) and had a truly excellent experience. The property is simply beautiful, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, ideal for a complete escape from the daily grind. The room was very spacious, well-maintained, and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing stay. The pool is a real highlight: large, well-maintained, and nestled in a truly pleasant natural setting. The restaurant also deserves a special mention: we ate wonderfully, with quality dishes and authentic flavors. Special thanks go to the impeccable welcome. Even though we only booked one night (Saturday to Sunday), we were given the option of keeping our room in the afternoon, allowing us to relax after lunch and enjoy the pool. A much-appreciated gesture that demonstrates great customer service. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, quality stay: my compliments to the entire staff!

07/06/2026: A magnificent spot, a farmhouse just outside the city of Spoleto, where I stayed for a few days and where nothing is missing: greenery, tranquility, organization. The rooms are housed in three buildings; large, modern, comfortable, with everything you need. All surrounded by a large green space. A beautiful swimming pool with dedicated spaces, a covered parking area with photovoltaic panels and electric charging for cars. Additional parking areas are dedicated to each building. There's a breakfast room and a restaurant, which I'll discuss later. If you have any problems, there's always a very kind and helpful gentleman on hand who can resolve the issue! EXCELLENT... in many years of my travels in Italy, I haven't found such a satisfying establishment!! Oh, I forgot... the price is a tad higher than a mediocre B&B that doesn't even have anything I've written! WHAT CAN I SAY: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
