Discovered almost by chance on my 70th birthday, it's now a must-visit for my family and close friends. The food is extraordinary and decidedly local, with beautifully crafted dishes. Locally sourced gastronomy finds its true calling here. Finally, the quality of service in a relaxed atmosphere and the authentic human touch make the experience almost unique.

What a find! Off the beaten path, but chosen for its good reviews, we dined on well-prepared local dishes, made with top-quality ingredients sourced from their own farm. Excellent value for money. Well done!

My wife and I went for dinner on Saturday evening. The restaurant (a farmhouse) was recommended to us by the property where we stayed, and in hindsight, we can say it was wonderfully recommended. The dishes are traditional and authentic (most, if not all, of the ingredients are homegrown!). The staff is courteous, friendly, and always ready to accommodate our every need. At the end of the dinner, we also had the pleasure of meeting Romeo, a large sheepdog, who is affectionate and playful with everyone. We had a complete appetizer (with all the courses available individually), a first course (which we shared), two veal slices with truffles, two side dishes, water, and house wine (coffee and liqueurs were kindly provided by Demetrio, the owner's nephew). The price paid was absolutely reasonable for the quality and quantity of the dishes.

10 minutes from Rasiglia, excellent value for money. The appetizers were very good, with cheeses and cured meats. The pigeon was good, but the sliced ​​steak was nothing special. The food was average. Recommended. The desserts were good. The service was friendly and courteous.

We based ourselves on the very positive reviews, I must say they were all excellent from the starter to the main course, the meat was delicious and arrived piping hot, the vegetables were fresh. The service was a bit hesitant but in the end the waiter was very helpful, polite and friendly. The chef was very helpful and friendly, without a doubt we will return, also for the beautiful view. Top.

Casaletto Restaurant is a little gem nestled in the mountains, at about a thousand meters above sea level, where in the summer you can enjoy the fresh, pleasant air. The food is delicious, the staff is extremely friendly, and it's truly a local gem worth visiting. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Decent food. Service was courteous and quick, perhaps too quick. In less than an hour, they served us our appetizer, first course, and second course.

Wonderful place!! Starting with Federica's kindness, even though it was almost 3:30 PM, she didn't deny us access. In fact, we placed our order over the phone in the meantime, and everything was ready when we arrived!! Luigi was also very friendly and helpful! The food is excellent, and the truffles are spectacular! Highly recommended, I'll be back every chance I get, thank you!!!
