07/04/2026: We stayed here with Grandma. Aside from the fact that Umbria is beautiful, the location is impeccable! The house (the Giulia apartment) was spotless in every way, compact and functional. The sheets smelled fresh, and everything was generally kept in order, even the extra fleece blankets (which Grandma needed) in the bedroom closet. There's also a friendly cat nearby, very sociable. It's convenient that there's parking right next to the apartments, not just downstairs. I'd love to return and try their specialties; I've seen them and was very intrigued by the vegetables.

09/07/2026: Let me start by saying that if you call and go to this place, you're going exclusively to eat their delicious premium meat! Another caveat: we chose to come here for a bachelor party dinner because the groom's dream was to eat their meat. I called three days in advance to make a reservation, and the lady who answered told me they were renovating in Collazzone and had temporarily moved to San Martino in Colle. No problem, the location wouldn't change much; the important thing was to eat their meat. I made a reservation and agreed that she'd have to send me the new location. I texted her two hours before the reservation to have the location sent to me, and she sent it to me, no problem. We arrived at the restaurant in San Martino in Colle at 8:00 PM, sat down, and waited 30 minutes for a friend. Meanwhile, those who had already arrived chose their meat from the menu. So we've already made a list of things to order, including Chianina carpaccio, various steaks, a Florentine steak... meat, only meat, I repeat, if you go there, you go for that. Our friend arrives and we call to order, but from there it's a disaster... he immediately arrives saying he doesn't have the steak (the main courses are almost exclusively steaks). Carpaccio? Not even (one of their specialties), okay, so let's have two Florentine steaks?! Not even those! The funny thing is that in this meat restaurant they offer us their fish menu, claiming it's their specialty. Which, of course, we don't accept. He then offers us grilled pork (which we obviously don't accept, I eat it at home), and a hamburger he says is homemade, saying and closing that he's sorry but they haven't delivered the meat and that the day before was closed. From there, all our considerations and our review begin: Let me start by saying that if you go there, you go for meat only. First of all, I called three days in advance, so if you don't have the meat, you have plenty of time to get it. Plus, we spoke two hours earlier. If you didn't have the meat, you should have told me we weren't coming. You say they didn't deliver it today, okay, but the butcher shop is 20 minutes away. You could have picked it up, or maybe we should have gone before going to the restaurant?! You also say they were closed the day before, which isn't true because Monday is the day they're closed. (It sounded like a Blues Brothers excuse; there were no grasshoppers.) But can we talk about the food they brought? We ended up having a mixed appetizer that looked like a jumble of leftovers from a few days before, but what about the burgers?! They arrived dry and chewy, definitely old and not their own (we know their burgers). And then—and we laughed a lot about this—can you offer fish as the specialty for the evening at a meat restaurant that's almost as famous in Umbria as San Martino in Colle? (By the way, it was written that they only do fish on Thursdays and Fridays.) We then left the location; we basically ate in front of a newsstand under a portico, in the scorching heat, but they didn't have air conditioning inside anyway. But, again, we didn't care about the location as long as we ended up eating their delicious meat (maybe once!?). We couldn't help but leave this review. We promised ourselves, perhaps, to return when they're back in Collazzone. The restaurant told me they're two different locations and that they no longer have Luchetti Farm meat at that location in San Martino in Colle!? But if you go to Luchetti Farm restaurant, the phone number is still only the one for San Martino in Colle! Plus, they told me themselves it was theirs, but they were moving locations! But!

23/03/2025: Sono tornato dopo diverso tempo ricordandomi una pizza molto buona, penso sia cambiata la gestione. Comunque, camerieri molto gentili e veloci, la cucina molto lenta. La pizza? Non è stata come me la ricordavo. Se, è dico se, dovessi tornarci proverò il menù ristorante. Per la gestione consiglierei di organizzare meglio la cucina e rivedere la prenotazione dell'impasto della pizza.

12/02/2025: Tutto sommato sismi stati bene, la pizza è buona e gli ingredienti di buona fattura. Tempi di attesa nella media. Promossi .

02/05/2025: Da un agriturismo con "fattoria" non ci aspettavamo di mangiare tagliere di affettati da confezione del supermercato, altrettanto per i formaggi. Oltretutto i contorni di verdure della carne surgelate da busta e cotte frettolosamente al microonde. Sconsigliatissimo.

26/01/2025: Che dire. Gestori dovete solo vergognarvi. Oggi dopo aver letto la 1 recensione positiva ci siamo recati in questo posto. Già dovevamo capire dall'inizio che l'attenzione al cliente era all'ultimo posto nella scala dei loro valori. Di 4 contorni nel menu 1 solo disponibile L'insalata ,miente patate al forno niente verdure grigliate Vi starete chiedendo Perché? Risposta ieri hanno avuto molte persone ed era finito tutto. Mica sei a casa tua sei un locale se nel menu scrivi una cosa cerchi di procurartela. Arriviamo all'antipasto Mancano due ingredienti .. intanto quando lo portano non lo comunicano e scusarsi dell'inconveniente neanche a parlarne. Quando gli si fa notare .la risposta STUPIDA è:a volte in cucina cambiano. Intanto il prezzo però nonostante mancassero 2 ingredienti non cambia. Passiamo al piatto della VERGOGNA fettuccine ai funghi porcini e tartufo Li chiedo senza il tartufo e chiedo se i funghi siano freschi. La risposta è:certo sono freschissimi. Bene li attendo appena assaggiato un fungo che non sembrava assolutamente porcino il disgusto è stato devastante amaro e sgradevole immangiabile .Fatto notare al cameriere che porta via il piatto senza chiedere se volevo qualche altra cosa. Premessa i piatti degli altri commensali senza infamia e senza lode unica pecca molto salati e navigavano nell'olio. Il bello è al momento di pagare.mi viene addebitato l'intero importo di un piatto vomitevole e non è un eufemism,alle mie inizialmente pacate rimostranze La tizia alla cassa dice testuali parole( non smentibili come ha provato a fare sul sito di google) chi se ne frega abbiamo cucinato e devi pagare se non ti sta bene scrivi pure una recenzione negativa. Ecco fatto. Peccato non si possaano dare voti negativi MI auguro solo che serva di lezione a quaanti come me si feermano allaa 1 recensione e non indagano piu a fondo Per inciso dimenticavo di indicare il costo della schifezza 21 euro.
