02/04/2024: Ideal location to reach places of interest. Parking is not always convenient… The rooms were clean and welcoming. The food is good in the restaurant and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

28/03/2024: Truly enchanting place, with great attention to detail, truly excellent food, with a very well-curated menu from the food to the selection of truly excellent wines. The friendly staff is always available to the customer for any request. As well as offering excellent food, the structure also offers alternatives for staying in truly wonderful rooms, even with a SPA. Very highly recommended.

04/04/2024: Easter lunch with reservation for 2. The beginning was already a disappointment. A table had been reserved for us in the corner of the room, arranged so that one diner was with his back to the corner and the other facing him, so, out of gallantry, I had to have lunch with my face to the wall. I'm sorry but this is a serious mistake by the restaurant manager. Let's start with a charcuterie board. Mediocre, nothing exceptional. Two firsts. Cappellacci verde with meat, discreet, probably the best dish. For me, however, something off the menu, strangozzi with lamb ragout, artichokes and a sprinkling of lemon peel. In my opinion a wrong dish. Unrelated ingredients, ragù with a boiled flavor and the lemon zest completely clashed. Furthermore, there was water at the bottom of the plate. I didn't eat it. Two seconds. Grilled lamb. Good but raw in some parts. Baked suckling pig with potatoes. Good but it tasted like lamb and the potatoes, obviously, even more so. Perhaps they had been cooked together in the oven and this would indeed be a very serious mistake! My lady who doesn't eat lamb had to reluctantly leave it. Wine, mediocre label and probably poorly stored. It was a tired and battered wine. What can I say, for these prices I expected more. During our stay we ate elsewhere, better and spending much less. I don't recommend it.

30/03/2024: Sublime experience, I booked on the fly at this place located within the village of Gualdo Tadino. attention, courtesy, professionalism and excellent quality food, attention to detail, everything delicious from the starters to the first course and the highly recommended dessert

04/04/2024: Out of the way location, thank goodness Google Maps exists, possibility of parking the car inside the restaurant, we had dinner inside but during the day you can also have lunch outside, however we had a very good time inside too, pleasant furnishings and very simple, the owner of the place is very nice and loves her job incredibly, the service was slightly slow, you can definitely have a chat in the meantime while the dishes arrive, try the white lasagna with truffles, really good, all in all a pleasant evening of calm and good food, really honest prices, if you pass by Nocera Umbra, take a trip, it's definitely worth it.
