I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Perugia

29/04/2025: Ristorante situato nel centro di Foligno, ottima posizione e locale ben arredato con stile moderno che si intreccia con il soffitto a mattoncini con gli archi di una volta. Per quanto riguarda il cibo...tutto molto buono dall uovo pochè su fonduta ai tortelloni fino ad arrivare ai vari assaggi che si possono scegliere dal menù della bottega, dove si possono trovare diversi tipi di formaggi e affettati accompagnati anche con delle bruschette. Prezzi medio alti ma per la qualità dei prodotti e la posizione del locale sono giusti. Unico dubbio, ovviamente parere personale, l entrè di finta oliva realizzata con cioccolato e all' interno un cuore all olio di oliva da rivedere...bellissima idea ma i due ingredienti secondo me stonano...comunque veramente complimenti per tutto.

25/04/2025: Questo locale, sito in centro a Foligno proprio accanto ad una chiesa, si presenta come un luogo curato nei minimi dettagli. Il servizio è impeccabile, l’attenzione al cliente è eccellente e professionale. Ciò che più mi ha colpito è la bontà delle proposte culinarie e la genuinità dei prodotti. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

14/05/2025: Sono tornata all'officina dopo tanto tempo e devo dire che la location è sempre molto bella. Il personale che ci ha servito è stato molto preparato e gentile. Peccato però che ci siano alcune cose che, se migliorate, potrebbero far diventare questo ristorante uno dei migliori di Perugia. Spero che il ristorante legga i miei consigli: innanzitutto, il titolare dovrebbe essere un po' più presentabile e fare attenzione ai pantaloni. Sarebbe anche meglio evitare di urlare al cameriere, ad esempio quando si ricorda di un piatto mancante. Un altro suggerimento sarebbe quello di ridurre alcuni ingredienti nei piatti, perché alcuni sono così ricchi che è difficile capire cosa si sta mangiando. Ottimi invece i piccoli antipasti che servono all'inizio, magari anche un pò meno così da poter finire il pasto ordinato.

05/05/2025: Trovato per caso ma mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Menù con ampia scelta compresa di pizzeria. Prezzi ottimi rispetto alle porzioni abbondanti. Pasta fatta in casa cucinata a regola d'arte. Velocità e cortesia del servizio. Ambiente luminoso e curato. Davvero stupefacente.

15/05/2025: The food itself is not bad but, the place is spartan and also the service a bit so... Surely for what is offered you do not expect to pay like in a restaurant. The desserts at 6/8 € in my opinion are exaggerated.

12/05/2025: My boyfriend and I had dinner at this place we found by chance, coming from outside. We had a great time: we really enjoyed all the courses, from the anchovies we took as a starter to the meat main courses. Also noteworthy for the cheesecake which was really excellent. The environment is very welcoming and with attention to detail; the guys who served us were very kind and helpful. The bill was correct for what was ordered. Super recommended!

Dalla location strepitosa, bellissima, curata e pulita...al personale gentilissimo e affabile alle pietanze che spaccano dalla bontà e genuinità....le lumache cucinate in diversi modi sono strepitose, le porzioni abbondanti il vino della casa è buonissimo e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è perfetto....sempre un piacere tornare....ogni volta andar via è lasciare un pezzo di cuore....grazie davvero e a presto

05/12/2024: Serata con amici tutti hanno mangiato lumache e sono rimasti contentissimi ottima cena . Io non mangio Lumache ho mangiato Soufflé di patate con fonduta di pecorino e tartufo eccezionale. Poi ravioli cacio e pepe . Ottimo Anche i dolci buoni . Consigliatissimo per lumacari e ottimo anche per chi non le mangia.

12/05/2025: Beautiful birthday gift experience for my partner we were thrilled with the choice... everything was excellent from the welcome to the narration of the story we took advantage of a very pleasant massage and had a super breakfast, having only one evening we opted for the visit with dinner in the center of Spoleto but we are sure that the restaurant is also excellent maybe we will return and try the dinner too!! The room we chose was comfortable and essential, perhaps the bathroom was a little small, but nothing was really missing and the value for money was truly excellent...highly recommended!!!

09/05/2025: Hospitality and service are still really alive here!!! If I could give more stars, I would be very happy to do so. A highlight on our St. Francis Way. We just felt comfortable here. Unfortunately, we were only here for one night and were only able to enjoy the excellent service and the fantastically beautiful accommodation for a short time. I was allowed to arrive earlier because I injured my foot and could barely walk. Our room was upstairs in the old village. The owner offered to drive me up and pick me up again at mealtimes. I didn't expect such service and was extremely grateful for it. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks again for this service. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and top service here too. Absolutely recommended!!!

18/05/2025: A truly evocative restaurant, immersed in a historic setting with stone vaults that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was exceptional: the meat, in particular, was tender and full of flavor, cooked to perfection. Impeccable service: friendly, professional and always attentive staff. An experience that remains in the heart. I will definitely return with great pleasure!

11/05/2025: Phenomenal! Go and you will be fully satisfied. Excellent pasta, but the best dish of all is undoubtedly the guinea fowl. Very very quick service, just a tip: a little less haste in taking away the dishes😂, but still excellent overall.

04/05/2025: I'm forced to put one star only because it's not possible to put 0. I don't understand how it is possible that this place has so many positive reviews. I took umbricelli alla norcina, I was presented with a plate of umbricelli completely drowned in liquid cream with a few pieces of sausage floating in the cream, the dish was really bad and the sauce was completely loose, as if the cream had been poured liquid directly from the package. I forced myself to eat it and left more than half of it. When the waiter collected the dishes he pretended nothing had happened and didn't ask for anything. My husband took tagliatelle with potatoes, the tagliatelle looked like a low, thin slice and the potatoes were certainly reheated from lunch, if not from the day before. We preferred not to take other dishes. I would also add that the waiters were very cold and not at all friendly. Definitely not recommended, prices not at all adequate to what is offered.

28/04/2025: Servicio atento. Llegamos en bicicleta y se relajaron sobre tenerlos en la terraza. Eran acomodaticias para dietas sin gluten. Excelente restaurante estándar de gama alta de la ciudad en un entorno bucólico con una hermosa terraza y fabulosas vistas sobre Todi. Uno de los mejores restaurantes de la zona. A un precio razonable también.

28/05/2025: Our group of 7 stopped here for coffee and we were very satisfied! Really beautiful offer of many pastries and desserts, very nice interior and pleasant place. We ordered aperitifs, coffee and cake - and considering how luxurious the place looks, the prices pleasantly surprised us! Coffee for 1.5€, cake for 2€, Aperol with peanuts and chips (attention from the waiter) for 7€. Drinks and food were very good, and the service was very friendly and pleasant. She tried to teach us Italian (English communication was difficult), but it was funny and we managed. We can recommend and we will be happy to stop by again next time, thanks!

11/05/2025: In the heart of Spoleto, this pastry shop is a reference for the high quality and freshness of the delicacies offered. Also excellent for breakfast with spectacular croissants and pastries which are now difficult to find elsewhere. TOP 😀
