22/07/2025: Traditional restaurant with exceptional value. We had dinner with six adults and ate traditional food prepared with care and no frills, but with plenty of substance. Exceptional appetizers: I ordered two different dishes to share and I loved them (cured meats, cheeses, crostoni with various toppings, fried foods, etc.). After the appetizers, some of our guests were already full! For the first course, we ordered two portions of cappelletti pasta with truffles, excellent in quality and quantity (plenty of black truffle). Second courses: mixed grill (modified with only lamb and veal), pan-fried guinea fowl, roast lamb, veal steak. 3 or 4 side dishes. Various desserts for four people, three glasses of wine, and a few bottles of water. Spent less than €200!! Fast and super friendly service; it's a pleasure to be served like this, which is not at all a given in tourist areas. If I ever pass through Gubbio again, I'll definitely stop here again. Well done, keep up the good work, offering the traditional flavors of your cuisine at a fair price. I almost forgot, the rustic, clean, and spacious atmosphere is quiet.

28/07/2025: Ottimi i crostini, primo gustoso (fregnacce alla norcina) e speciale menzione per il dolce. La mia ragazza ha preso un tiramisù ed io una panna cotta. Porzioni molto abbondanti (sì consiglia di venire a stomaco vuoto) e prezzi onesti. Il personale molto gentile e l’ambiente famigliare. Consigliato!

10/07/2025: Siamo di fronte ad un locale che non e' un semplice ristorant/ pizzeria....piatti di ottima fattura e di qualita'...pizza e pinza di un valore medio alto....il personale giovane e attivo( di questi tempi avere ragazzi cosi non e' facile).... chi ricerca cibo a quantita' industriale ha sbagliatio locale, chi invece e' alla ricerca di un cibo di qualita' servito in piatti con buonissimoe gradevolissimo impiattamento ,e' nel locale giusto....OGGI COME OGGI CON L'INFORMAZIONE WEB E SOCIAL,E' QUASI IMPOSSIBILE SBAGLIARE LOCALE,QUESTO NE E' LA CONFERMA

06/07/2025: Restaurant and Pizzeria with young, enterprising waiters eager to learn this job, and given their young age, it is no small feat... of course, today with TV programs on cooking we have all become chefs, not even cooks, but for those like me who have been around many establishments of various levels for work, I can say that this company is not a simple pizzeria, nor is it a starred restaurant... but a restaurant-pizzeria that I highly recommend.

15/07/2025: Delicious ice cream and exceptional ice cream creations. A visit is definitely worthwhile. And the owners are also very nice people with whom you can chat about anything and everything, but especially about Perugia.

14/07/2025: I have been all over Italy and this is the best gelato I have ever had. The fig and almond and the lemon and basil were both amazing and great affogato too. We returned several times.

13/07/2025: Ho contattato il ristorante dopo 10 minuti di ritardo e la risposta della signora è stata che pioveva (cosa non vera in quel momento) oltretutto scocciata, mentre il ragazzo gentilmente mi ha contattata chiedendo scusa e dicendo che mi avrebbero offerto una birra per il ritardo visto che gli era stata aggiunta all’ultimo una consegna prima della mia creando un notevole ritardo sull’orario inserito dal ristorante (20:20).

09/08/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale per un pranzo rapido con prodotti locali. Il posto è molto caratteristico. Per un pranzo senza troppe esigenze particolari è perfetto. La crescia molto buona e sicuramente non sono stati tirchi con il condimento. Unica nota dolente abbiamo aspettato un po' tanto tempo ma sicuramente perché il locale era pieno. Noi abbiamo prenotato ma c'è un bel via vai quindi un posto si trova sempre. Il locale si sviluppa su due livelli. Tutto sommato ottima qualità prezzo.

10/08/2025: We discovered this restaurant via The Fork. It was a great experience. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. The food was excellent, the only thing we weren't crazy about was the amount of oil in the pasta dishes. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Plenty of vegetarian options. Order the tiramisu with Pandistelle because it was truly out of this world.

05/08/2025: A lovely restaurant with delicious food, definitely recommended. It might be a good idea to make a reservation, as it was completely full. This year (2025), we had a wonderful time at Julio's again.

25/07/2025: My guests and I enjoyed a great meal and fine dining experience at La Taverna. The dishes were appetizing and well-prepared. The wait staff was attentive and worked very hard to ensure that we were well taken care throughout the evening. In addition, the dining room was well-appointed and elegant. One can not go wrong dining at La Taverna.

29/07/2025: Beautiful, clean and comfortable alpine style hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The food was really well presented and very tasty. It was also close to many lovely walks and the centre of town. We throughly enjoyed or stay and would love to return.

16/05/2025: Impeccable staff, always kind, helpful and attentive. The cuisine is excelent, light and characteristic of the place. The breakfast is of excellent quality, with homemade cakes, biscuits, the savory part and the express one. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary comforts. If I really have to make a comment, I would change the hairdryer in the bathrooms, if I sneeze I move more air😅. Perfect hotel, I highly recommend it and I hope to return as soon as possible🥰

We had the antipasto platter: the cured meats and cheeses were excellent, the fried foods and crostini were delicious, and the truffle frittata was excellent. The strangozzi and crescionda were delicious. We enjoyed some delicious traditional local dishes. I definitely recommend it.
