We stumbled upon this hotel by chance after a road accident, and were greeted warmly. Clean rooms and comfortable beds, a delicious breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff. A place I'd definitely like to return to.

Too bad. I'm arriving as a business guest. Given the possibility that I might become a regular, hotels usually try to provide a better room. However, from the fire safety plan, I see that mine is the smallest room. The sink is clogged. The shower nozzles are full of limescale. Breakfast is mediocre. Reception service is minimal. Excellent location. Limited parking spaces, but there are plenty of paid parking lots.

The room was clean and tidy, with a well-stocked minibar.
The only small flaw was the in-room Wi-Fi not working.
The breakfast was very varied and plentiful, with gluten-free options, which was greatly appreciated.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Excellent location, convenient and close to the city center.

Very clean and close to the center, the room was very clean, the soundproofing needs to be improved, you can hear everything, even the neighbors if they are talking.

A hotel just steps from the center of Foligno, with spacious, comfortable, and quiet rooms.
Parking is available in a small garage (4 spaces) upon reservation, or with a temporary permit for parking in Zone B (on the right side of the road).
Friendly and courteous staff.
