I've been a regular at this wine bar for years, and I can say it's a true destination for wine lovers in Gubbio. The host is a longtime friend, and his passion for wine and cuisine is evident in every detail.
The wine bar offers an incredible selection of wines, and Marco is always ready to offer recommendations and introduce you to new labels. The cuisine is equally excellent, with simple dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
What makes this wine bar truly special is the welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.

The menu is impeccable, not too many courses but an excellent selection, with truly high-quality first and second courses!

The location is beautiful, but the quality/price ratio isn't adequate. An appetizer of three bruschettas costs €10, and three grilled lamb chops cost €20, too. The service is like a farmhouse, but the prices aren't.
Overall, I can give it a passing grade, no more.

Plenty of seating; it was busy on a Saturday, but all the waiters were excellent and the wait times were excellent.
26/11/2025: A good restaurant—it's hard to find a bad meal in Umbria—that I highly recommend. The service is fast and courteous, and the dishes are Umbrian with influences from neighboring regions: tripe, cacio e pepe, Florentine steak, etc.
The umbricelli (also called pici) cacio e pepe cheese in a round shape are a must-try, and I also appreciated the generous portion!
We ate well and were satisfied with everything we tried.

The place is very small, so reservations are recommended.

04/12/2025: Very good pizza, but due to a misunderstanding between the waiter and the pizza chef, the wrong pizza arrived. When we pointed this out to them, they didn't hesitate to remake it even though the "wrong" one had already been tasted.

20/11/2025: The restaurant is located in the square in front of the fountain, a beautiful setting.
The restaurant is not very large, but it's welcoming.
The table setting is very well-designed, with decorative plates; the tables are small.
The menu isn't extensive, and choosing can be difficult due to the unique flavors.
The food is decent; honestly, I would have expected more, especially considering the slightly above-average prices.
The service was professional, but rather cold and clinical.
It was unpleasant to hear the staff chattering in the kitchen.
17/11/2025: We loved this restaurant! We ate their twice during our stay weeks stay in Panicale, a charming hillside town. It was was off season in November so we were able to walk in without a reservation. The food was excellent, non-traditional Italian cuisine with a great wine selection and the service was great. The commute was fantastic as it was a 3 minute walk from our hotel. We will definitely go back on our next trip back to Panicale. We definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the area or staying in town.

08/12/2025: A quick lunch after a trip to Todi. We were treated well, with excellent hospitality and homemade trattoria-style food. The house wine was good and the tiramisu was spectacular.
A great experience, especially for the quality and price.

We walked in not knowing anything about this place and could not be happier. Food exceptional. Wine was delicious. And the cost was extremely reasonable. Excellent doesnt come close. We will be back xxxx
15/10/2025: Extremely high rating, 5 stars across the board. I'm giving it 4 stars only for the ambiance, but that's because it's geographically located in a hub of the city that I find unfortunate. Otherwise, the interior is stunning. It always deserves 5 stars. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality of the food served; in fact, I'd almost say they're reasonable. Highly recommended, especially for the fish.
