23/11/2024: I recently had the fortune of stopping to eat at the osteria il Gallo nel pozzo, in the central square of the small and characteristic village of Panicale. I never expected to eat so well: welcomed with a tasting of heavenly local new extra virgin olive oil with a selection of homemade breads and other excellent appetizers, followed by fusilloni made with fresh pasta of the day with extraordinary Cinta Senese ragù . My mistake, I only drank water and coffee in the end without taking the wine, who knows what other delight I missed. Also the impeccable service, with all courses served on refined and elegant majolica and the owner discreet but always present when needed. My most sincere compliments, I hope to be able to return soon even if unfortunately I live very far away

28/03/2025: This restaurant is super!!! Every dish in the menu is so fresh and delicious. A real Italian food homemade pasta in high standard. I would also like to say that the service was excellent. They are very nice and welcoming people, especially Nicoleta who was charming and professional. She explained and recommended us very patiently about the menu. We like it so much that we came to eat two nights in a row.

15/03/2025: Siamo stati in una sera dove pioveva quindi il ristorante era tutto per noi! Posto molto accogliente anche se con pochi tavoli,personale gentilissimo e sa fare il syo lavoro. Tagliere du salumi buonissimo, uovo strapazzato al tartufo delicato,zuppa di lenticchie molto buona, dolce sin fundo..I tozzetti con vin santo..stratosferici..ci torniamo a stretto giro..bravi!!

15/03/2025: Delicious pizza, soft and not chewy. Highly digestible. Quality ingredients and many different flavours. A very pleasant evening with friends, very friendly and helpful staff. We will return with pleasure.

02/01/2025: L Arna è il ristorante del Ripa Relais,oltre a cenare per la durata del soggiorno ,abbiamo fatto il cenone di capodanno che ,sotto gli occhi discreti ma vigili della proprietà è scivolato magnificamente verso la fatidica mezzanotte allietati da un duo musicale molto valido.Nessuna sbavatura ,tutto davvero perfetto dai piatti ottimi mai sapori aggressivi ma eleganti ed in alcuni casi raffinati.Scelta dei vini e bollicine ha soddisfatto ogni palato.I camerieri guidati dalla splendida Monica non hanno mai fatto mancare nulla sui tavoli.bravi.

15/03/2025: On a 2-day holiday in Passignano, they recommended this restaurant to us. Kind, helpful and effective waiters (all of them). Very friendly, friendly and very kind owner. Excellent food even without having eaten truffles and porcini mushrooms which from what we saw should be their specialty. Fair price. Thanks again..... we will return, hopefully soon.

14/03/2025: I can only share a 5 star experience. The pappardella with Chianina ragù won me over. The umbricelli cacio e pepe absolutely not to be missed.

12/03/2025: We went to this welcoming restaurant with an organized group. Very kind staff starting from the booking, to continue with a very welcoming and clean, precise and fast service. Excellent quality food and everything very good. A restaurant to try if you are in Todi, highly recommended!

17/02/2025: Informal restaurant, courteous dining room staff. On the menu there are traditional dishes and some particularities in the proposals of the day. I shared some very good fried starters, not at all obvious (each with a different flavour), a trio of very good supplì, a good slice of Angus with rocket and balsamic, gorgonzola and walnut tagliatelle, excellent spaghetti carbonara, venison carpaccio with wild berries and very particular and excellent balsamic. The portions are generous and the value for money is excellent. Compliments.

20/03/2025: Very nice place with mainly outdoor tables, they have some heaters and blankets to keep warm. The view is very nice in the main street of Spello. The food is definitely tasty and well-prepared.

11/03/2025: Very nice place, right relaxing and informal atmosphere. Delicious butter and anchovies and tonnarelli with anchovy butter and lemon. Crispy octopus didn't really convince me. Pleasant dessert, good wine 👍🏻

07/04/2025: The best carbonara I've eaten in my life...even my wife who had a ragaria was extremely satisfied. We stopped around 1.30pm on our way back from Marche and we will stop again.

06/04/2025: While passing through we stopped at this trattoria where we ate the crescia with cheese and sausage, with sublime steak and cheese and a merlot red wine that went very well with the mixed cold cuts and cheeses. Family run, the owners and the waiter make you feel "at home" Congratulations, we'll see you again very soon!!!
