26/05/2025: Qui tutto riflette la cura e la passione di chi manda avanti questo piccolo (ma fantastico) ristorante. Arredo, impiattamento, servizio e qualità dei piatti offerti. Niente é fuori posto ma rimane sempre coerente a se stesso. Si vede che c’è amore per il proprio lavoro ma soprattutto per la cucina. Un occhio alla tradizione del territorio ma con curiosità, ricerca e soprattutto tanta tecnica ben dosata e sempre restando con i piedi per terra. Ho apprezzato molto quando candidamente ci hanno detto che per proporre il piccione hanno aspettato il momento giusto per sentirsi pronti in cucina. Senza l’umiltà non si ottengono risultati. Proseguite con questo spirito, che la strada è quella giusta!

06/05/2025: Nella suggestiva piazza centrale di Panicale abbiamo pranzato all'aperto ad un tavolo arredato con semplice cura . Il cibo era di qualità e presentato con elegante impiattamento. Abbiamo apprezzato l'ospitalità del proprietario che ci ha accolto parlandoci del suo amore per il territorio. Le pietanze realizzate con prodotti a km zero erano squisite. Porteremo con noi il ricordo di questa piacevole esperienza.

06/05/2025: Al Leone is a restaurant that immediately wins you over: a warm and authentic atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, and a cuisine that valorises Italian tradition with passion. The pizzas, cooked in the large oven, are excellent - as is the pasta: perfect dough and high quality ingredients. The “baked pecorino” as an appetizer is unmissable! Excellent for dinners as a couple, with friends, business or family. High quality, generous portions and fair prices. Highly recommended!

06/05/2025: I accompanied my partner for a conference and we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Exceptional hospitality and availability as well. A really comfortable and quiet place, unfortunately we didn't use the restaurant which we were told was excellent.

29/05/2025: We were looking for a place to try the typical torta al testo and we ended up here. The place is very nice and in a much quieter street than the center. The torta al testo is excellent, as is the quality of the ingredients of the fillings. There is also the possibility of customizing it. We also tried the sweet version, with two delicious creams, pistachio and hazelnut. I highly recommend stopping at this place.

02/06/2025: Everything is very well taken care of. The location in the woods is splendid and the food is of excellent quality. Friendly and attentive welcome and the atmosphere is quiet and familiar. Well cooked dishes. Definitely a place to return to

19/05/2025: I have been coming here for 4/5 years now, very good home-made food, the management is family-run, even if there are many people they are fast. Also great for families in the summer since there is a playground outside

12/05/2025: absolutely recommended dinner for couples! the starters were varied, tasty and plentiful. the mixed grill cooked well and with a nice choice. the staff is friendly and the recommended glass of wine was much appreciated. to come back!

20/05/2025: Far from the center but if you want to eat a crescia in a place that is NOT for tourists this is the right place. In fact even if it is in the middle of nowhere it is always full. We took some crescia made by them before leaving to return to Veneto.

04/05/2025: We had lunch in this place in the center of Norcia initially because it was the only one with "clear" prices on the outside and we didn't want to have any bad surprises, then we liked everything, excellent dishes prepared with quality ingredients, competent and welcoming staff, honest prices. Highly recommended!

27/04/2025: Optimal. We had dinner at this place and everything was delicious. Legume and cereal soups, cheese starters, roast meats and various side dishes. I recommend it

23/05/2025: When in Foligno, I highly recommend this eatery. It is difficult to put into words what a pleasure it was. The authentic, local food and hospitality were unmatched and it was clearly very popular with the locals. I hope to return soon.

05/05/2025: An elegant and refined restaurant in the historic center of Gubbio. The dishes are delicious, both the first and second courses, and on the advice of the staff we took some excellent wines. The dessert is not up to par with the rest of the dinner. The price for what we ate (€30 per person) is very honest. Kindness towards customers is not the same among staff members, in the dining room you should be a team player.

04/05/2025: Cena del sabato sera (con prenotazione) in questo ristorante nel centro di Gubbio, a gestione famigliare. Abbiamo assaggiato dei taglieri misti di formaggio e salumi, a seguite tagliatelle con tartufo, burro salato e caciotta, due tagliate, un tiramisù, un semifreddo al caramello salato ed una cheese cake. Un ottimo rosato pugliese da bere. Servizio celere, molto attento, disponibile e garbato. La cucina è solidamente ancorata ai sapori tradizionali, senza inutili fronzoli o abbinamenti azzardati. Le tagliatelle ed i dolci sono stati fenomenali; i miei commensali che hanno gustato la tagliata hanno trovato la carne fresca, tenerissima, cotta alla perfezione. Una chiacchierata con il simpatico proprietario/chef è stata la degna conclusione di una serata molto piacevole e rilassata. Non conosco l'ammontare del conto perchè sono stata ospite, ma i prezzi sul listino mi sono sembrati adeguati al livello del ristorante ed in linea con l'offerta della città.

07/06/2025: Locale carino, soprattutto nel piano inferiore anche se strettissimo. Si mangia addossati alle altre persone e non c'è ne spazio,ne privacy . Cibo discreto in linea con il prezzo. Personale veloce ma antipatico. Bagno sporco senza sapone ne carta asciugamani.

24/05/2025: Wonderful experience. Booked at the last minute because we came on a trip to Trasimeno and were not sure about lunch, but despite this, they reserved a perfect table for us. Home atmosphere, but with gourmet dishes and very efficient service. Special mention for the knowledge of wines and for the friendliness. We will definitely return this summer for dinner.
