21/06/2025: Ti fanno sedere con l'inganno facendo credere quasi che si tratti di una pizza taglio invece SENZA MENU e SENZA prezzo ti intortano dicendo che faranno il quantitativo che desideri (attenzione i gusti sono 4: marinara margherita napoli e boscaiola, perfar capire quanto abbattano i costi e i tempi con solo questi gusti) Ti servono la pizza su un pezzo di carta manco un piatto, in più ho mimato il quantitativo che desideravo a gesto, ma insomma il classico pezzo di pizza rettangolare che ci si può aspettare da una pizzeria a taglio. Ho chiesto una spina chiara che mi è stata portata subito, invece, per la pizza, ho aspettato venti minuti e non perché fosse ora di punta, erano le18.45 ma perché loro aspettano di totalizzare la pala intera radunando insieme le varie richieste così per la mia marinara ho dovuto aspettare anche altri che la volessero. Bene era IMMANGIABILE, cruda gommosa alta. Forse una delle peggiori della mia vita. Poi ne avevo ordinato un altro pezzo di margherita da portare via. Morale della favola: diciassette euro e cinquanta!!! Per stare in tavolata con panche di legno insieme a sconosciuti. Non è una pizza a taglio, non è una pizzeria normale con pizze tonde e servizio all' altezza, ma il conto è da pizzeria gourmet, che se la sognano!!!! Ottimo per fregare i turisti, statene alla larga! P.s Servizio scadente

05/07/2025: Unfortunately, although it is quite good, in summer with this heat not having air conditioning is really a minus, we even made sure by asking if there would be one but it wasn't working once we were there and honestly dying of heat even when you eat outside is not exactly the best.

04/07/2025: Maybe it was because we had a particularly hot evening and the air conditioning wasn't working (luckily there were fans), but in addition to the already oppressive heat, the slow service also added to the mix. I'll just say that we sat down at 8:40 pm and the appetizer arrived after 9:30 pm. Then another hour of waiting (still in the sticky heat) for the first course and a little less for the final steak. And to say that the place, being a midweek day, wasn't particularly busy. I would draw a veil over the appetizer: a mix of canteen-style cold cuts... The first course was much better, the carbonara was really good (compliments to the chef), to finish with the flagship of this restaurant: the steak. Good, medium cooking and very tasty. Too bad about everything else...

01/06/2025: L’accoglienza è nella norma ma i loro piatti molto buoni. Hai la possibilità di abbuffarti di piatti molto invitanti ma se vuoi “andare sul leggero” la faraona è stupenda.

26/06/2025: The place is a bit dated but the pizza, fried food and desserts are fantastic...to try.....the only flaw is the wait....too much in my opinion! Considering that I was there on a Wednesday and not on a Saturday or any particular day. It's better to book

07/07/2025: Oh! Finally a place of those that I like, familiar and traditional, where the substance is made by the people who manage it and the dishes. Everything is good, the Neapolitan pizza is stellar with quality ingredients and above all each of them arrives to the palate in a distinct way. Babà also very good without that dominance of alcoholic taste, very balanced. Pleasant discovery!

22/07/2025: Il Buchetto is an institution in Rome's Flaminio neighborhood. Like other historic Roman pizzerias, you don't need to book, but you have to wait in line outside. The place is very small, so we recommend arriving early (8:00 PM). The waiters are friendly and the owners are welcoming, and the atmosphere is Roman. Appetizers: We recommend the bruschetta (the tomato bruschetta is made with passata, not cherry tomatoes). Don't expect to find the classic fried pizzas, as they don't serve them. Pizzas: A wide selection, with the option of ordering a small or large pizza, depending on how hungry you are. Prices: As popular as they once were. Seven of us ordered four appetizers, seven pizzas (some small, some large), and two waters. Just under €12 each! Which was a pleasant surprise, considering that a pizza and an appetizer in Rome these days can cost as little as €17. Value for money: 9/10

21/07/2025: A historic pizzeria where authentic, super-thin Roman pizza has been delicious for a hundred years. The owner and waiters are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the place has always remained simple, if a little noisy. Don't miss the fan with custard, a true delight.

16/07/2025: Torniamo in questo locale nei pressi del Pigneto. L' accoglienza è cortese e professionale. Veniamo fatti accomodare ad un piacevole tavolo esterno. Proveremo patate chips (9/10), tagliata irlandese su pietra ollare (semplicemente eccezionale, 10/10), peperoni arrosto (8/10), dolce ai tre cioccolati (9/10). Il prezzo è assolutamente corretto e ben descritto sullo scontrino fiscale. Davvero consigliato, Mr Manzo è da anni semplicemente il top a Roma. Il suo segreto? Carni sceltissime e grande scelta tra carni, pasta e pizza. Davvero bravissimi.
