I often frequent Trattoria dei Sapori, and it's always an excellent choice. It's one of those places I always want to return to, both for the quality of the food and the welcoming, family-like atmosphere that fills the room as soon as you enter. The cuisine is authentic and meticulously prepared: dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. Over time, I've had the opportunity to try several dishes and have never been disappointed: authentic flavors, generous portions, and a consistency that's not at all predictable. Another strong point is definitely the service. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. The quality-price ratio is also very good, especially considering the quality of the ingredients. Ultimately, it's a restaurant I recommend without hesitation, both to those trying it for the first time and to those, like me, looking for a reliable place to return to often!

Truly an excellent little restaurant! A very well-maintained restaurant with great attention to detail in selecting the finest ingredients. Everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert: authentic flavors and dishes prepared with great quality. The meat was excellent and cooked to perfection. The service was attentive, friendly, and the welcome was impeccable. Excellent value for money, too. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

We ate Valentine's Day at this restaurant, where we'd been once before. The set menu included a generous appetizer, a first course, and a side dish, along with red wine (already on the table) and water. Dessert included a liqueur or limoncino, offered directly by Francesco, the restaurant's owner and chef. Welcoming, warm, and ideal for a relaxing evening enjoying quality dishes. Highly recommended!

During our 3-day stay in Rome, we dined there all 3 nights. Excellent Roman cuisine, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. We'll gladly return! 😉

Excellent dishes, very kind staff.

Excellent restaurant, small and intimate, the food is excellent, and the best part is that they bring the bread slightly toasted. The owner is truly great, perhaps even too good.

Hospitality, courtesy, and helpfulness are the hallmarks of this place... followed by excellent food and delicious dishes!

Even though I've driven past it for many years, I'd never been there. What I missed: a very welcoming restaurant, with extremely attentive and courteous service. The food was all delicious, from the appetizers to the meat (especially), and the desserts. I'll definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
