The Bramble Bar & Kitchen In Roma

I had a diavola (pizza) to be honest. There was too much cheese and almost nothing of salami 😔... But it had a good taste 😅

The atmosphere and decor of the place were very nice. We ordered lasagna and pizza. The lasagna was very tasty, but for the first time in my time in Italy, I didn't like the pizza. I've eaten many times at regular, inexpensive pizzerias near the station or in a typical bar, and you can always feel the Italian flavor and atmosphere. I think a restaurant like this should have an Italian chef who knows how to make pizza. But here, it looks like they have a chef from Bangladesh who makes street food. I don't know about the other dishes, as I haven't tried them. The atmosphere is good, and the proximity to the station is a plus. The staff clearly work hard and have everything under control. This is the first time in my life in Rome that I didn't finish the pizza, and it was in Italy. It's a bit of a shame.

Discovered by chance just steps from our hotel, we dined there every night of our stay. The menu is simple but very good, the pizzas are excellent, and the spaghetti carbonara is made according to traditional Italian methods. Special thanks to our waitress, Oumayma, who made the effort to speak French with us. I highly recommend it.

I stayed in Rome for four days and came back to Bramble every day to enjoy something delicious from their menu. The food is absolutely amazing! I stuck to pasta, since it’s my favorite Italian dish, and my favorites were the ravioli (unfortunately I forgot to take pictures) and the tiramisu for dessert. Everything I tried was delicious, though. The service was excellent as well. A special thanks to Shihab, in particular, who made me feel very welcome and truly added to the experience. This restaurant made my stay in Rome even more enjoyable.

We had the carbonara – very creamy and therefore delicious – and the pasta with meatballs and tomato sauce – also tasty, but it could have used a little more seasoning. The service is good. However, there are quite a few waiters, and some of them often have nothing to do, so they just stand around and you feel a bit like you're being watched. 😅

A must-visit spot. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and the service is excellent. Shihab's service was particularly noteworthy. 100% recommended.

Very nice atmosphere and excellent well priced food. Our waiter was friendly and polite and his English was better then my Italian so it all worked out. We didn't book and just turned up they managed to seat us quickly. Recommended.

Very nice place to spend your time. The food is amazing and the crew is very responsive and nice. We had a pizza and pasta, but the pasta was a too salty, so they took a care of it and brought us an amazing dish. Very much recommend this place if you are in the area. Immaculate service and super good food.
