We were two people for dinner in the middle of the week (Thursday). The restaurant is very nice, clean, and tidy, with tables spaced just right. The menu is seasonal, so it varies throughout the year. The seitan is truly exceptional; they make it themselves and take great care in it. They have a grill in the kitchen, which gives a distinctive flavor to dishes containing grilled ingredients (like seitan and cardoncelli mushrooms). Some dishes are on the small side, including the main course featuring cardoncelli mushrooms. However, we were extremely satisfied with all of our dishes. The prices are fair for what you get, though the cost is moderately high per person, around €40.
We will definitely be back.

A charming and well-kept restaurant, not too large but with an outdoor terrace. The menu is unique, with very refined and well-executed dishes. Perhaps a little too sophisticated; I'd suggest adding something more casual and popular so as not to remain too niche and attract even the most skeptical.

A fantastic tasting experience. Dishes prepared with great care. The seitan is homemade, as are the bread and desserts. Chef Maffucci took us on a journey through flavors. As appetizers, we enjoyed the parsnip cream with lime and the chickpea cream with artichokes.
For the main course, the homemade seitan with raw fennel and sesame cream.
To conclude the dinner,
the broche with cream and chocolate shavings and the cardamom tartiflette. As Francesca recommended, we shared the different dishes, and it was excellent advice.
In short, an experience we will repeat when we return to Rome and one we recommend to everyone who reads the review.

I gladly return to this vegetarian and vegan restaurant whenever I'm looking for dishes that are never banal and paired with unexpected ingredients, especially in terms of their palate-pleasing appeal, which often delights and almost always surprises.
The menu rotates seasonally, so you're unlikely to find the same dishes year-round. The quality of the ingredients, however, remains very high, as is their cooking and presentation. The service is always very courteous and attentive, and the tables are well-arranged without feeling too close together. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends.
One aspect that could be improved in my opinion: the soundproofing of the walls; there's perhaps a tad too much echo for a place that values intimacy as its strong point.
Parking in the area is a bit difficult if you're driving, so be patient. Prices are moderately high, but justified by the reasons mentioned above.

As a carnivore, I found a place that didn't make me miss animal protein. An exceptional vegetarian restaurant offering sensational dishes where the flavors shine through. There were four of us and we tried several dishes (repeating the king trumpet mushroom, which was divine). Impeccable service, a clean and very pleasant atmosphere where you feel at ease. Well done!

Overall, the dishes were good, using high-quality ingredients. The food deserves a 4-star rating, but it's a shame about the management and the lack of customer service. Despite having booked two vegan menus (which, as per the instructions, should have been mentioned at the time of booking), we were only served vegetarian dishes until we realized it and pointed it out. Of course, carelessness can happen, and it's a shame no one apologized; we felt at fault.

A very nice and welcoming place, not only for the seating but also for the attention paid to the children who were with us. The menu is very interesting for vegetarians, and even as a vegan, I found several tasty and carefully prepared options. The omnivores in the group were all very satisfied. The place is very clean and bright, with no strong smells or intrusive background music.
The bathroom is accessible for those with reduced mobility and there are almost no architectural barriers. Recommended for both meals with friends and families. There is a changing table that can be set up if needed.
