100 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH TO DESCRIBE THIS WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I chose I Carnivori on Via Tuscolana in Rome to celebrate my birthday, and thinking back to last night makes me smile. It was a perfect evening in every way, one of those evenings that become a precious memory and remain in the heart. From the first moment, we were welcomed by the owner Marco with truly rare kindness and attention. The entire staff was wonderful: professional, helpful, smiling, attentive, and always ready to meet our every need. We felt truly pampered from start to finish. But the most beautiful surprise was discovering how much love and attention had been put into the details. My husband had arranged the table setting with them, and when I saw it, I was speechless: a stunning, elegant, romantic table, full of red petals, set with a care that moved me so much. It's precisely these small, big gestures that make all the difference and transform a simple dinner into an unforgettable experience. And then... the food! Simply extraordinary quality. The meat was exceptional: tender, flavorful, and of truly exceptional quality. One of those meats you taste and immediately think, "Wow!" The mozzarella? Amazing! And everything we ate was delicious, carefully prepared, flavorful, and prepared with top-quality ingredients. Every course was a confirmation. A true feast for the eyes and, above all, for the palate. But what struck me most was how the entire staff, led by Alessandra, helped make my birthday special. Because when you find excellent food, professionalism, kindness, attention, and love, you know you're in the right place. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at I Carnivori. Thank you for making my birthday even more beautiful, for taking care of every detail, and for making us feel so important and pampered. I left the restaurant with a full belly, a smile on my face, and above all, a heart full of joy. ❤️ This wasn't just a dinner. It was a beautiful memory that I will carry with me. And if I could rate it, it wouldn't be 5 stars. I'd give it 100. In fact... 100 stars wouldn't even be enough! Congratulations to everyone. You were impeccable. We'll definitely be back!

Decent service and atmosphere, overall rating 3/5 because: 1) An "unwanted inconvenience" occurred early in the evening, promptly reported but managed independently. 2) The appetizer consisted primarily of cured meats, with the first slices not "discarded." 3) The meat (excellent) was served cold. Considering point 1), I would have expected a qualitatively different treatment or at least a "remedial gesture" from one of the owners present in the dining room, who were undoubtedly informed of the incident. Unfortunately, not recommended.

A truly beautiful, elegant, and well-kept restaurant. I often go for dinner, and every time is a new experience. They offer a wide variety of meats and many traditional Roman dishes. The dining room is well-organized and fast. I recommend making a reservation, as the restaurant is always busy. If you have any doubts, listen to the staff's advice, and your dinner will surely be special. Excellent quality food.
