Very well-kept restaurant, very attentive and friendly service even when crowded.
Exceptional quality of the ingredients, wonderful tartare, Roman first courses like carbonara and amatriciana, truly well-made. Congratulations.
A small point (of little importance, but more of a recommendation): shortly after we sat down, we were brought a portion of schiacciata bianca without having ordered it, which we thought was a "freebie" on the house (truly too good). So good that when asked if we wanted another portion, we said yes! However, when the bill came, they charged us both portions instead of one. 😅😅 I repeat, it's just a trivial matter because everything else was truly perfect!!

We found ourselves at this restaurant for dinner during a training event in Rome. It was late January. Everything was excellent: the platters, the first course, the meat, and the desserts were excellent.

As is often the case with my job, I stop for lunch wherever I can in Rome.
I had a plate of fabulous mezze maniche alla grigia, followed by a hot focaccia cut into triangular wedges with a small plate of simply delicious nduja!! Congratulations!!!
If I'm ever in the area again, I'll gladly go!
Oh, I forgot, excellent service, both in terms of serving and discretion...👏👏👏

For meat lovers, Big is undoubtedly an excellent choice, but the restaurant also offers traditional Roman first courses, such as the excellent amatriciana, and some real gems on the wine list, such as the Calabrian bitter Cheers, highly recommended for those who want to try a different after-dinner drink than the usual labels.
