Dinner for three, featuring different styles: carbonara, pizza, and cutlets. Everything was delicious, but a special mention goes to the pizza: thin, perfectly cooked, and generously topped with fresh ingredients. The service was quite quick considering it was only 8:30 PM, and very friendly. The place is spacious and clean. It was recommended to us by new Roman friends, and I must say it lived up to our expectations. We'll definitely be back.

We went out for dinner last night and were totally surprised. The result was an exceptional pizza (Tonnarella) and delicious spaghetti (Cacio e Pepe). There wasn't a table available, so we were seated at the bar until one was ready. Then we got our table and our appetizers: beef tartare and a stuffed zucchini blossom. Wow! The ambiance was also five stars; we felt truly welcome. We didn't have an English menu, but our very friendly English-speaking server looked after us throughout the evening. Thank you, and we highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Italian cuisine.

I ordered takeout pizza for logistical reasons. I hadn't been in a while. Excellent pizza. The flavors are a bit limited, but the quality is always top-notch.

Fantastic Experience at Romolo al Centro!
The pizza was incredible—perfectly crisp and topped with super fresh ingredients. I highly recommend trying the daily specialties; they were the highlight of our meal and full of unique flavors.
Beyond the food, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Choose today's menu written on the board. Today's menu, fried cod, is the epitome of freshness. The anchovy zucchini fritters were also delicious and a first for me. Tuna pizza is a little salty and sweet. Elementary school students might like it.
The Italian sparkling water is a little less stimulating. As a guest, I wasn't aware of this, but the owner readily offered me a different brand.
