We had a wonderful time at this property. The concept of a "albergo diffuso" (a widespread hotel) was delightfully applied here: the renovated and super-clean accommodation retains features of the original house. The owners' courtesy and attention to detail complete the picture. The accommodation is centrally located, overlooking the enchanting lake, known as Diana's Mirror! We'll be back.

An excellent experience at the Albergo Diffuso Lo Specchio di Diana. Our accommodation was spacious, with a large, functional bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The double bedroom balcony offers a partial lake view. The location is ideal for exploring Nemi on foot and enjoying the local restaurants. The staff were hospitable and provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing. Ideal for a truly relaxing stay. Paid parking is available along the main road, but it's not always available on the first try. In the evening, we dined at their restaurant, which offered excellent quality food, along with Giada's kindness.

My rating is only for the restaurant.
Location: A 10/10, the restaurant is located on one of Nemi's scenic overlooks.
Food: A mixed rating. The appetizer with cured meats and vegetables was truly delicious. I could also eat the pappardelle with hare sauce 100 times over.
The meat was tender, but I wasn't thrilled.
The service was a sore point. Sure, the waiters serving us were young and inexperienced, but much of the efficiency depends on the host's organization.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We went for food, we did not stay. The food was excellent, really good value for money. We sat inside the restaurant upstairs which had a great, authentic atmosphere.

We went to the restaurant, beautiful location!! Too bad they put us on a waiting list by taking our phone number and never calling back... When we came back, we found a free table and they sat us down. (Basically, we waited for nothing). The food was good, but we ordered two starters, but they arrived within 15 minutes of each other... Let's say that overall it was okay, but I suggest you plan a little better.

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Let's start with what should be the foundation of a good restaurant: the food, which is truly delicious. But without good service and smiling, attentive restaurateurs, you're going nowhere, and here you'll find the best. The ravioli with cheese and truffles were spectacular, and the sliced steak and fillet with porcini mushrooms were perfect, both in terms of cut and cooking. The desserts were excellent, with strawberries, of course, taking center stage. Service was prompt, and for Easter, it's a must! Everything was impeccable!
