Stopped by Sciarra Ristorante Pizzeria after a long day walking around, and it turned out to be a really good choice.
The location is super convenient, especially if you’re visiting the nearby attractions. The place has a relaxed, casual vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable. The pizza was very tasty with a nice thin crust, and the pasta was fresh and full of flavor.
Service was friendly and quick, even though it was quite busy. Prices are reasonable for the area, which is always a plus in Rome.
Overall, a solid spot if you’re looking for good food without overcomplicating things. Would definitely come back.

Sciarra Trattoria Pizzeria was an absolute gem in Rome. The pizza was everything you hope for—perfectly blistered crust, light and airy, with simple, high-quality ingredients that really shine. You can tell it’s authentic and made with care.
The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, not touristy at all, which made the whole experience even better—perfect for enjoying a meal with family. Service was friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home.
And the cherry on top… they surprised us with complimentary limoncello shots at the end, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch.
If you’re looking for real, authentic Roman pizza with great vibes, this spot is a must. We’d absolutely come back!

I expected much, much more!
We had the pizza and loved it! It was truly excellent, very light, with high edges and a very well-leavened dough.
Aesthetically, however, the place could be better. The chairs were plastic, and aside from the decorations on the walls that created a bit more elegance, it seemed like just another pizzeria. Except that being just a stone's throw from the Trevi Fountain, one expects a little more attention to detail.
The staff seemed a bit annoyed with serving, the bathroom was dirty, and when I asked for paper, they gave me tissues.

My mother and I found this osteria by chance. We ordered a pizza and an amatriciana. Everything was very good. Afterwards we decided to have a dessert and, not knowing what it was, we asked what was in "La torta della nonna." Then they asked us if we liked surprises and came back with a very good cake with an excellent cream. Welcoming and characteristic location.

Three of us sat down and had lasagna and two different Margherita desserts. The food was so light and so delicious that you absolutely must visit. The prices are average, but you definitely have to try the lasagna.

Right in the heart of the ancient old town. There were five of us, and we all ordered Neapolitan pizza. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere is lovely, the service is good, although it was a bit chilly in the restaurant and there was a draft coming through a door (we were there in March). The food prices are reasonable, but the wine is a bit pricey at €9 a glass; the waiter successfully sold us a bottle for €30.
