This isn't the first time my wife and I have been to Stile Osteria, and each time we've been pleasantly surprised by their seemingly simple yet highly refined dishes. Everything is delicious!!! Well done!

For those who want to try a variation on the cacio e pepe theme, I recommend the cacio e pepe with shrimp. The beef fillet with truffle and lard is excellent. The place is simple but welcoming. The staff is friendly. Excellent value for money. It's always a pleasure to return.

Comfortable and quiet atmosphere. The starters and first courses were very good, and the main courses were excellent. Unfortunately, I didn't try the desserts because I was full, but they were very tempting. Kudos to the service staff, who were always attentive.

I've been going to this restaurant for years and have always had excellent food. Every dish is carefully prepared and delicious, from appetizer to dessert. The service is always pleasant, and the quality never disappoints. I highly recommend it!

It's worth a visit; spending that little bit more is absolutely justified by the quality of the products and the attention to detail. After the mixed platter (a good sample for two), we enjoyed the delicious tonnarelli alla gricia with fennel and the cacio e pepe with red shrimp and pistachios. The cod ravioli were also well-deserved. We didn't try the main courses; we opted for the desserts, and here, the compliments are truly deserved: the preparation is truly well-made and worth it. The mixed platter clears up any doubts. The Catalan cream is delicious, the tiramisu is excellent, highly recommended, and so is the honey cheesecake. I recommend reducing the sugar in the base and removing the powdered sugar on top because it becomes cloying, but the unique flavor is equally recommended. A bitter coffee afterward helps with the overly sweet taste, but I think that's a good indication... I'll definitely be back. 2026 Additions: I've been back several times. And I'll return every time I'm in Rome, because the cuisine remains one of the best (the best tiramisu in Italy—I'm ready to try more, but I can guarantee I've tried at least 100 different ones, and theirs always comes out on top). The dishes maintain a balance between innovation and tradition, and the prices remain fair for the quality and quantity. Confirming that the quality has remained consistently high over the years is, I think, the best thing I can say: every time you go, you can't go wrong.
