We were immediately struck by the very intimate and informal atmosphere of Alfredo's. We found high professionalism and courtesy both in the dining room and in the kitchen, where the cook knows how to prepare unique dishes and also finds a way to greet you with a beautiful smile.
Perfect appetizer with a very varied platter of cold cuts.
And we got to the first course... the best carbonara I've ever tasted! The wild boar pappardelle are excellent and very delicate!
These guys deserve the best success! Highly recommended!

Di "fraschette" ce ne sono tante, in paese a Frascati. Di Alfredo's ci ha incuriosito molto l'atmosfera che si scorge già all'entrata, e quando all'interno abbiamo capito che ci trovavamo in un locale molto intimo ed informale ce lo siamo fatto nostro!
Professionalità e cortesia sia in sala che dalla cucina, da dove la cuoca ci ha salutati con un bel sorriso.
Antipasto perfetto (né scarso, né troppo abbondante), ma soprattutto molto vario.
E i primi... vabbé... la carbonara più buona che abbia mai assaggiato! E le pappardelle al cinghiale? Mai sentito qualcosa di così sublime!

A surprise! ...arrived by chance and without a reservation. Few tables but they had a place for us. They welcomed us with kindness and courtesy. The dishes each better than the other... true compliments to the Chef!!!
I highly recommend this place...I will definitely be back!

In front of the Frascati viewpoint, a characteristic place, 4 of us spent €100 on the meat menu with starter, main course and side dish. The very cute and unique mixed cutting board. Chill evening in a calm and relaxing environment.

Very welcoming and well looked after place, very friendly staff. I highly recommend it. Very good dishes I recommend Gricia, kebabs and artichoke. However the whole menu is very interesting.

Pampered and served like at home. Excellent food, well prepared, but with flavors like those of the past, but without being weighed down. Reservation recommended (since it is a small relaxing corner) definitely worth returning. Well done guys and long live youth!!
