Amuse-bouche of tomato puree with mint: exquisite! First applause. Carbonara and gricia: excellent! Second applause. Roast lamb and liver sausages: excellent! Third applause. Wise recommendation from the dining room staff: Silene 2024, a Cesanese from Olevano Romano by Damiano Ciolli (excellent! and applause throughout the meal). Last but not least: financier with zabaglione cream and cream tart with Terracina strawberries (excellent!). Last applause. Curtain! Congratulations to everyone, both in the dining room and in the kitchen (excellent teamwork between the two and great professionalism overall!). We all have a lot to learn from this young, already so mature and knowledgeable staff! Bravo! 👏😍❤️

It's a little away from the city center, so it wasn't crowded, and we were able to get in without a reservation.
The food was delicious, and the service was excellent! 👍

A nice dining experience overall, restaurant is cozy and warm, with a nice variety of Roman dishes to try. The food was fresh and well prepared, and the service was friendly and attentive. Appreciated the quality and good restaurant and worth trying.

I have very mixed feeling about the cuisine: my main entree was average (rigatoni with pajata and anchovy sauce that tasted like a bland mushroom and tomato sauce). The dessert (chocolate mousse) was one of the best I ever had and the appetizer were Great (cod croquette). Very nice service and atmosphere)

A welcoming Roman trattoria in the Piramide neighborhood. Both the dining room and the covered, heated outdoor terrace offer a wide range of traditional Roman dishes, along with tasty reinterpretations. A good selection of regional and national wines is available. The service is courteous, professional, and prompt. Special thanks to Lisa, who looked after us with a warm smile throughout the dinner. Reasonable prices.

Had a great lunch here, ordered the brain which was tasty (only I think the batter could have been lighter, I think it tuned out the flavor of the sage a bit). The horse sausage blew me away and the financier dessert was lovely. They have a great selection of wines and liquors. Service is friendly. Excellent quality for the price, the bill was more than fair.
