27/06/2025: The experience at Osteria dei Sapori confirmed the expectations created by the many more than positive reviews we had read. From the moment we arrived, we were immediately greeted by young, courteous and attentive staff. They seated us outside, a gesture that we particularly appreciated, as it allowed us to enjoy two Campari Spritz and a cigar in complete tranquility. Later, for dinner, we moved inside, where the atmosphere kept its promises: welcoming and comfortable. The menu offers the authentic flavors of Roman cuisine. We started with delicious chips with pulled pork, then enjoyed a superb Carbonara and an excellent Amatriciana – dishes that reflect the quality of the raw materials and the care in preparation. At the end of the meal, a good amaro perfectly concluded the evening, accompanied by water. Osteria dei Sapori is a recommended stop for those looking for authentic Roman cuisine in a refined atmosphere. Excellent value for money, attentive service and a family atmosphere.

16/06/2025: I have read many reviews that highlight the excellent quality of the raw material, however it is objective that the vast majority of the dishes offered have the asterisk indicating "frozen or frozen fish" (the fact that the doubt is left I find a bit unfair, one thing is freezing the fish for its conservation, another is freezing for health reasons). The mixed antipasto and the fried food were frozen (and not just frozen). The staff is friendly, but the wait was exaggerated: from when we sat down to when the first course arrived, over an hour passed. High price for the type of place and the cuisine offered, with €30-40 per person you would certainly expect a higher quality of product. A note of merit for the spaghetti with clams, which in fact is the only first course with non-frozen fish. This shows how chefs know how to cook, but to become a good restaurant it is necessary to offer more dishes with fresh fish (come on, you can't serve me fried calamari and shrimp from a laboratory, it's the bare minimum 😓).

20/06/2025: Rude and unprofessional staff, menu with little choice and at 8.30pm, with two tables occupied in the whole place, part of the menu was “finished”; prices absolutely too high for the quality.

04/06/2025: Amazing...you experience a retro atmosphere...burlesque at its best...music...songs...what can I say? You spend an evening that is very different from the usual ones. To be experienced.

03/07/2025: A short stop in Nemi and at Scalette you eat very well. I recommend tagliata with porcini mushrooms. We will return.

11/06/2025: Il Ristorante Le Scalette è una trattoria storica a conduzione familiare, situata nel centro di Nemi, attiva dal 1966. Apprezzato per la cucina tradizionale dei Castelli Romani, con piatti come le fettuccine ai porcini e tartufo, pappardelle al cinghiale e dolci fatti in casa alle fragoline di bosco. L’ambiente è piccolo, accogliente , con un servizio cordiale. È una scelta ideale per chi cerca autenticità, sapori genuini .

20/06/2025: We had been wanting to try the pizza from "il secchio e l'olivaro" for a long time and it was a pleasant surprise of goodness and quality. The pizza dough was thick but light with a crunchy bottom. We had the amazing fried food, the staff had the chicken ingot cacciatore, an explosion of exceptional flavors. We also tried a couple of excellent bruschettas. Quiet relaxing environment also due to the fact that the staff, kind and helpful, knows their stuff. A pleasant evening I can only recommend.

19/06/2025: Restaurant with certified gluten-free and lactose-free options. They have separate kitchens, one for preparing gluten-containing foods and the other for gluten-free. The pizzas are wonderful and the prices are affordable. I recommend it.

11/07/2025: My husband and I went for lunch yesterday. We ordered: an appetizer with prosciutto crudo, 2 small buffalo mozzarellas, 2 crostoni topped with chicory and grilled sausage, 2 first courses (fettuccine with chanterelle and cherry mushrooms + tonnarelli cacio e pepe), and a Coppa Clotilde. The appetizer was very good. The fettuccine with mushrooms was excellent. The tonnarelli cacio e pepe was a complete disappointment. It was a shame because the pasta was excellent, but there was no creamy sauce; we only had water and pepper. The dessert was special.

08/07/2025: Spectacular to say the least, we were greeted by a spectacular waiter with an incredible memory. He explained to us with extreme kindness and professionalism the menu, which offers everything. We ate everything and left rolling, hehe. Highly recommended 💪🥳

29/06/2025: Dinner in Ariccia, we choose this osteria for the TheFork discount. The bruschetta with porcini mushrooms is good, as is the porchetta. The selection of cheeses is a little less, nothing fresh. The cacio e pepe is good, as is the amatriciana. The local bitter is recommended. With the 20% TheFork discount we paid €45, including 0.5l of wine, water and 2 bitters. Recommended, for the appetizers perhaps it is better to choose the house selection.
