05/11/2025: A truly delicious pizza by the slice, this pizzeria is a must-visit. The dough is light and fragrant, the variety of flavors is wide and well thought out, and the quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite. Whether you opt for a classic Margherita or a more creative option, the pizza here never disappoints. It's a shame about the counter service, which clashes with the excellence of the product. The girls, for the most part, often seem annoyed, unhelpful, and decidedly unfriendly. A little more smile and a more welcoming attitude would make the experience perfect. The pizza is worth it, but the atmosphere could be greatly improved with a kinder, more customer-focused team.

04/09/2025: I had dinner here over the weekend for the first time. I wanted to try it because I'd heard good things about it, and it met our expectations. The meat is delicious, and you can choose it in front of you. I also recommend it for a less busy evening, as they also do hamburgers and fries (very good). The location is very nice, although the outside area can get a bit chaotic when it gets crowded, especially on weekends.

06/10/2025: Overall, disappointing. The place looks good, with a decent selection of meats and wines. The prices are decidedly high. The portions are decidedly small, starting with the appetizers. The wines are also expensive. Honestly, the idea of ​​creating sophistication in a remote area is nice, but even then, a few "cherry blossoms" on the table would be a good idea. A welcome prosecco and a small appetizer to start, a better explanation of what you're eating and even the weight of the meats, a little tweaking. Because premium cuts at a certain price aren't always justified on the palate and on the plate. I'd say it's okay to use very high-quality meat that has a high value (subject to interpretation), but with fried foods or a charcuterie board, those might raise more questions. I'd even expand the dessert selection. More could be done. A house amaro at the end. By working with the customer who comes specifically to the place, you can win them over and keep them coming back. And I repeat, because you pay for stuff, one or two extra things in customer service make the difference!

26/10/2025: Back to this little restaurant, and once again, an experience to treasure! This time on a Saturday night, the restaurant was almost fully booked, yet the service was impeccable, the atmosphere intimate and refined, and the food sublime. We were delighted to discover new culinary offerings and appreciate the new accolades received by this young team of professionals led by Chef Alessio. It's truly a pleasure to be pampered by this small but highly original restaurant on the outskirts of Rome. Congratulations, indeed!

10/10/2025: I was in Valmontone for work, I had lunch at Specus and immediately felt at home. Alessio and Flavia welcomed me as if we'd always known each other. The atmosphere was clean and quiet, and the cuisine was authentic and delicious. It will be a destination for three lunches and dinners. My compliments to Alessio and Flavia. Thank you for the wonderful lunch.

08/11/2025: Excellent lychee spritz! Not too sweet, not too bitter, perfect!!! The gentian spritz (obviously more bitter!) was also not bad!!

23/09/2025: Excellent cuisine with elaborate, quality dishes. Super friendly and helpful staff. You can choose from excellent wines and exceptional beers. A well-deserved 5 stars.

13/10/2025: An oasis of taste and tranquility surrounded by greenery. Il Casaletto won us over with its excellent cuisine, combining tradition and creativity, and with its thoughtful, welcoming, and refined design. The outdoor spaces are enchanting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. All this is accompanied by a rare kindness and professionalism, for which we will definitely return.

10/10/2025: I'll tell you my personal experience for the third time, three complete disappointments this evening and the last. Appetizers: Eggplant soles, in my opinion, unthinkable. Focaccia, good but small, with three slices of prosciutto, €13, a bit expensive. Continue. Truffle pasta, unthinkable, overcooked to death, absolutely avoidable. Veal pocket stuffed with escarole. Forgive me for this comment, but I have no other definition. Inedible, disgusting. Meat cut good, rare, served as if they'd thrown it on the plate. 150g of paper. One old eggplant. One mini zucchini. Two strips of bell pepper. €25... oh well. Cutlet called "elephant ear" to make it that big, they beat it so much it looked like an A4 sheet of paper. Dry as hell, it was like cardboard in the mouth. Bruschetta with a heart of pancetta, nothing more than a very thin slice of porchetta in a delicious caramelized onion sauce. Tiramisu was very good, as for the rest of the food, it was forgettable. I'm sorry about the place, it's very nice, but I'll never go back. The portions are very small, so make your own experience. I tried mine three times, thinking I was wrong, but tonight they beat me. They'll never see me again. Good luck, guys, try to improve your cuisine, you'll gain points.

11/11/2025: Fair prices. Delicious dishes, the carbonara was truly top-notch: the light, frothy cream and crispy bacon. The cod ravioli and the pasta puttanesca with tuna tartare were also SPECIAL. Thank you so much <3

21/10/2025: Really enjoyed this restaurant — the food was delicious and prepared with great care. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. The pasta was just perfect: rich sauce and great texture! I also calculated the calories of this dish using the service shown in the photo — it turned out to be super easy and convenient. I totally recommend trying it out, it really helps to keep track of what you eat. Great place and a great experience overall!

16/10/2025: I can't really rate the food since i only ordered a few drinks here. But the location is very nice and cozy and the staff is very friendly. The drinks are high quality and made with noticeable effort, they taste great either way. 10/10 would come again, highly recommend it to passers by.

Besides being a guest, I set up the room in the afternoon, and they also provided cordial support. Before the cake, we wanted to show a video, and they were also ready to help if we needed an extension cord, power cord, or anything else. I mentioned their kindness before, because it's rare to find staff like that. The food was excellent.

12/11/2025: It used to be much more reliable. I ordered pizza from them twice at 8:00 PM. I went there 10 minutes early and the pizza was already ready because it was cold. I told the person working there, and she even got annoyed. Another time I went for a drink with a friend. I ordered drinks and some appetizers. The appetizers never arrived despite asking several times. The staff was laughing among themselves.

12/09/2025: There's room for improvement. We had dinner on a Saturday night, and perhaps we didn't make the best choice for the day of the week. The place was super crowded and clearly in a rush. We sat down and had to wait over 20 minutes just to order, and on top of that, we had to call the waiter ourselves! The service was young, but still not very cheerful. Overall, the dishes were good.
