07/09/2025: Best carbonara I’ve ever had. If you want real authentic food, you’re be better to go a couple steps off the Main Street in Rome and coming here. Tiramisu was also amazing. Very light. Absolutely one of the best meals we had in Italy. The area seemed to be a little more rough than perhaps the more touristy spots, but they keep a couple guys outside to keep on top of unwanted passers by. We felt completely safe sitting outside with their watchful and friendly server team. Highly recommend.

The dishes were simply delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and embodying the authentic flavor of Salento. Every course was meticulously prepared, from the fish to the pasta dishes to the desserts. The restaurant is intimate and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing, quality dinner. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to savor authentic Salento cuisine in Rome!

14/06/2025: This place is amazing. We have been a few times now. The food, wine is excellent. Good choice of food on menu. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Nothing too much. Would highly recommend this place.

17/09/2025: Pizzeria Ai Colli d'Oro isn't just an excellent pizzeria with many different types of pizza, made on a good crust—not too thick, but well-leavened. It also offers many interesting first and second courses, parmigiana, and constantly changing dishes ready on the pizza counter. They also prepare hot dishes on the spot. I love the seafood first courses, which are spectacular; the meat and vegetables are also good. They almost always have homemade desserts. The atmosphere is family-friendly. It's comfortable both inside and out, although I prefer sitting outside under the holm oak trees. Prices are in line with other pizza-by-the-slice places, but even if you spend a euro more, it's well worth it. The management is genuine, run by a typical Roman family who makes you feel at home during the busy day. They also offer evening service. The owner's little granddaughter is beautiful and makes you feel even more at home.

04/09/2025: This place is AMAZING!! We had the best board here, the pesto was my favorite in all of Italy (and i tried a LOT). Very affordable (€40 for 2 glasses of wine, a cantina board for two, a coke, and a water). The perfect lunch for us, they made our board fresh & even let us try a slice of prosciutto while he prepared it freshly shaved! Amazing experience for our last few days in Rome.

20/09/2025: We had a really great experience at this café. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Even though there was no space to sit, they managed to find us a place. The coffees and sandwiches were very delicious. I definitely recommend this place to others for breakfast.

14/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place after touring the castle in Bracciano…it was perfect!!! The service was impeccable even though they were so so busy. The food and drink were amazing, and they just took really really good cars of us. I highly recommend the Negroni with mezcal…it was simply delicious and our server even wrote down the secret recipe for me(shhhh!). Can’t recommend this highly enough!!

07/09/2025: There are many restaurants in Torvaianica, but theirs is definitely the best. They are extraordinary, it feels like being with family. For me, who doesn't like being around too many people, it's ideal: refined, simple, but meticulously prepared. 10/06/2025: Empty ice cream shop I asked the gentleman to let me taste a flavor he let me taste it, I didn't like it and I asked him to try another one he said NO, YOU CAN IMAGINE (he wasn't joking, just very rude). He gave me the second flavor in the cup with a mini portion and didn't even put the biscuit in it. I will never go back, with such rude staff, there are a thousand other very good ice cream shops like Guttilla which has a very high quality of ice cream, much larger portions and always friendly staff The owner's response that says I was asking to taste all the flavors is a lie, I had asked for ONLY ONE, I didn't like it and I asked for another one which is very normal in other ice cream shops. If you appreciate sincere reviews be equally sincere in your answers. I'm not from the other ice cream shop, I'm simply a person who cares about warning others when the service is poor, as I would like to be warned. The advice from the other ice cream shop is intended as a help to those looking for an ice cream in the area that is accompanied by cordiality and respect towards customers. Go and get it too if you are interested in improving your relationships with customers, take it as a refresher course to make my bad experience in your location constructive. Best regards❣️🥰
