12/04/2026: We chose Aquila d'Abruzzo for our son Leone's baptism, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The food was truly excellent, with high-quality ingredients and dishes crafted with attention to every detail. You can clearly sense the care and passion behind every course. The service was also excellent: everything was handled impeccably, with great attention to both the presentation of the dishes and the overall organization of the event. A special thanks goes to all the staff, always polite, helpful, and professional, and to the owners, who are extremely courteous and attentive to their guests' needs. I highly recommend this restaurant for any type of event: it's a guarantee!

20/05/2026: I got food poisoning after eating their beef lasagna. Normally it's served in a dish straight from the oven, but that wasn't the case here (just a simple plate), so maybe it wasn't heated enough, I don't know, but in any case, I was very sick the following night. Plus, I'd noticed it had a strange taste; I should have been suspicious. I don't recommend it.

17/06/2026: We were the first customers of the evening and left the restaurant at 10:00 PM after being seated at 8:00 PM, having only ordered two pizzas and a salad. This alone would be enough to explain the negative review: between forgotten orders and unjustified wait times, the organization seemed decidedly lacking, especially given the lack of a large crowd. As for the pizzas, while I appreciated the Roman tradition and its characteristic crispiness, the quality of the ingredients didn't convince me. The tomato sauce lacked flavor, and the mozzarella tasted more like ordinary stringy pasta than mozzarella worthy of the name, resulting in an overall poor result. The staff is certainly friendly and welcoming, but their friendliness can't make up for the shortcomings in service management and the quality of the food served. I also had the impression that the water advertised as bottled mineral water was actually treated, a circumstance that, if confirmed, would merit greater transparency. In short, a place that focuses on hospitality but which, at least when it comes to pizza and organization, is still far from offering an experience that lives up to expectations.

16/06/2026: I took a pizza and I had the feeling that it was one of those frozen ones. Strangely, it arrived already cut. I don't know if it was a kindness, but I still have doubts.

17/05/2026: A good Italian restaurant, local product, local, don't miss the artichokes!!! The pasta is al dente and good!!! The waiters are very friendly and very professional, especially try the bread, it's delicious!!! Super good quality/price ratio

17/04/2026: A beautiful place, courteous and prompt service, and the food is excellent. A great ethical choice, in my opinion, to not offer meat that may have come from intensive farming. All the ingredients are carefully selected, and it shows. The drinks are also good, mostly natural wines.

26/05/2026: I had the pleasure of celebrating my baby's baptism, and 5 stars aren't even enough! I highly recommend Claudio. He was professional, patient, and able to accommodate my every wish when organizing the event! He even guided me through the decor, and it was extraordinary. I was able to choose every single detail from his suggestions, and I can assure you it was an AMAZING event! I received so many compliments from all my guests. The chef and owner, Francesco, is a wonderful person, and he prepared a menu for us that my guests were pleasantly surprised by every dish. It was a truly important event, perfect in every way. The first of a long series of events, because for me, Pianetta is a guarantee! Oh, there's also a fantastic pool! 🤩❤️🤩

12/05/2026: Very good, served quickly and very generous. Great! The tiramisu was very large; we had trouble finishing it after the meal because we were so full.

15/11/2025: One of the few ice cream shops in northern Rome where I've found lactose-free flavors, like hazelnut and pistachio, and even plant-based cream! Beautiful, welcoming place, and friendly, helpful staff! Definitely recommended ❤️

05/08/2025: One of my favorites for aperitivo in the Piazza Bologna area. I highly recommend their platter, which is varied and generous, paired with a drink for €12. (The platter pictured is for eight people.) The only downside is perhaps the outdoor area isn't the most elegant or refined, but for a low-key spot in the university area, it's fine.
