25/02/2025: A hidden pearl in the Villa Spada neighborhood of Rome. Right where you don't expect it, this little neighborhood bar with surprising cuisine is located. Thanks to the cook who, however, from fresh news, seems to have flown to other shores... too bad. Because it's not every day that you eat "restaurant-style" food in what, all things considered, isn't even a trattoria, with an environment that to define as spartan is an understatement, and a decidedly "unlucky" location (of course, either you go there on purpose or you don't get there). Trust him, it's really worth a visit.

22/12/2024: I've been coming to this pizzeria for 3 years and I've always had a good time! The staff they had were friendly, but today there was a girl at the counter who was not friendly. The fact remains that for me it is the best pizzeria in Alessandria. Among other things, today they had pizza alla matriciana, and what can I say, I was speechless at how good it was.

18/01/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un fine settimana, cenando in struttura. Il nostro giudizio ha diverse ombre, ma la cucina è sicuramente una luce. Andiamo con ordine. La struttura è immersa nel verde, architettura “pulita” sia all’esterno che all’interno. Mi è piaciuta l’impressione dall’esterno, meno dall’interno (un ampio corridoio buio con le porte di 12 stanze allineate a destra e sinistra). Stanze gradevoli, anche se dominano i colori scuri. Abbiamo usufruito della SPA: una piccola piscina, non molto calda e buia, con tutti i getti idromassaggio fuori uso, in compenso un bagno turco efficace. Pioveva molto, e abbiamo notato, in camera, una grossa macchia umida sul soffitto, che si allargava: l’abbiamo segnalato alla reception andando a cena, ma non abbiamo avuto alcun riscontro. La cena è stata superba: non abbiamo scelto le proposte di degustazione, ma i piatti che ci intrigavano di più: tutto buonissimo; piccola delusione per i dolci. Ma, quello che ci ha fatto “sorridere” è che ci abbiano fatto pagare caffè (per me) e grappa (per mio marito) (e non poco!) dopo aver detto: “Possiamo offrirvi un amaro?” … ci è sembrata una caduta di stile, oltre che una errata comunicazione. Da segnalare anche un rincaro significativo sui vini. Colazione elegante, ricca di dolci, povera nella parte salata, nonostante il territorio sia ricco di prodotti d’eccellenza. In generale, fermo restante l’ottima cena, la struttura ci ha dato l’impressione di essere pretenziosa più che veramente di qualità. Peccato. Ci tornerei solo per cenare.

04/01/2025: Location bellissima, molto particolare. Abbiamo fatto 2 menù degustazione differenti ed entrambi molto buoni, ma essendo uno stellato mi aspettavo di più. Cibo buono, materie prime buone, vino buono.. Ma...sorpresa nel conto...al nostro ingresso ci hanno servito dello champagne(a detta loro) che ci siamo ritrovati nel conto al costo di € 20 al calice, per una cosa nè scelta, nè richiesta e che credevamo fosse di benvenuto... Da provare, ma.....occhio!

09/04/2025: Delicious tiramisu with a wide variety. Of course, they don't serve you at the table or provide you with a different cutlery or container, BUT they charge you 1 euro more for EACH tiramisu if you want to sit on the terrace.

27/03/2025: I went, together with my partner, to this historic trattoria in Albano Laziale on Sunday, for lunch. Small but welcoming place, you can breathe a family atmosphere. The waiters do not focus too much on form but on substance: quick and punctual service. We had: - for the first course, a gricia: a portion is good for two people, it is very abundant; very very good, tasty bacon. - for the second course, a tagliata with a side of sautéed broccoli, a steak with a side of French fries. Both meats were soft and cooked adequately; having also eaten the first course, the portion, although not very large, was satisfactory; - homemade tiramisu, also very good. - water. The bill of € 55.00 seems appropriate to us for the quantity and quality of the food consumed. We will definitely return

08/03/2025: I specify that my review refers to the restaurant. The location of the restaurant is very beautiful, well-kept and welcoming. The atmosphere is magical but the quality of the food and the way it is prepared thwarts all expectations of the place. A real shame considering the quality/price ratio and the waiting times that between appetizers and first courses were about 1 hour!

07/03/2025: We organized a company meeting in this facility but unfortunately it was not an experience to recommend. Unfriendly staff and catering from nightmare kitchens. Absolutely not!!!

It really feels like being by the sea even though we are in Frascati, both for the decor and for the exquisite and fresh food! Very friendly, helpful, attentive and smiling staff. Excellent value for money! Compliments.

Homemade bread and butter are a true masterpiece: fragrance and taste in perfect harmony. Cris Fish is a certainty for those looking for a memorable culinary experience. Absolutely recommended.

10/03/2025: we came yesterday for the first time to dance tango, welcomed by the kindness and courtesy of the teacher Giulia Varone, we were pleasantly surprised both by the venue which is in a magnificent position, with the lookout over the temple of the Sibyl and by the organization of the milonga. Excellent parquet flooring, small but enveloping room, excellent aperitif formula and, even writing it goes without saying, excellent music by the musician Armando Tatafiore. We hope you organize another one soon!
