Nice place. But don't go there expecting typical Italian food; they serve burgers and sandwiches.

We got the happy hour deal and it was amazing! So much delicious food and a cocktail for $15. Manuel was a wonderful server as well and recommended some nearby spots.

The food was good: the portion of glazed wings was generous and tasty, and the chips were very nice. Fair value for money. Special thanks to Manuel, who made our evening very enjoyable: rare kindness and immeasurable professionalism. He changed our evening for the better.

I stopped in for a quick drink after dinner. I was happy to find an outdoor table, even though we hadn't booked. The place is cute, and the staff, probably due to the large number of tables to serve, was efficient but not particularly attentive to customer service. Overall, we had a good time. Recommended for a quick drink or bite to eat while strolling through Trastevere.

I've been to Meccanismo and I must say it's one of those places where you immediately sense the attention, care, and desire to make the customer feel good. The atmosphere is welcoming, modern, and pleasant, perfect for a leisurely breakfast, lunch, an aperitif, or an evening with friends. The quality of the products is evident: from the coffee to the cocktails, to the food, everything is prepared with care and has a beautiful identity. The staff is friendly, helpful, and present without being intrusive, which isn't a given, given that in some places these days it almost feels like they're doing you a favor by serving you. I was particularly struck by the atmosphere: youthful and refined, yet warm and familiar. It's a place that manages to be elegant without being cold, and informal without seeming neglected. A truly positive experience. Meccanismo is one of those places I gladly return to, both for the quality and the way they make you feel welcomed. Highly recommended.
