Cena di lavoro qualche giorno fa. Conoscevo già il posto e ho voluto organizzare qui una cena di lavoro. Antipasti di crudi di mare notevole, specie scampi e tartare di gamberi. Tartare di tonno e di ricciola buoni ma non allo stesso livello. Paccheri all'astice molto buoni, forse si poteva fare una pozione più abbondante. Altre persone hanno preso una spigola al sale e sono stati soddisfatti. Il dolce con il gelato nelle bucce/gusci dei frutti davvero buono. Conto alto ma non folle. Purteoppo erano sprovvisti del vino che avevamo scelto sulla carta.

Trattasi di un locale che ormai fa parte della ristorazione storica di Roma. Sito vicinissimo a P.zza Ungheria, presenta una varietà di piatti di pesce tutti di ottima qualità. Cantina di buon livello. Personale idoneo alla qualità del locale.

Menù ampio, interessante e sfizioso. Tutto immancabilmente buono. Location tranquilla, e servizio molto attento al cliente. Un paio di aspetti di possibile miglioramento: in un posto di questo livello il vino DEVE essere aperto a dovere, senza ruotare la bottiglia e senza far rumore con lo stappo; bollicine non sono solo champagne e Franciacorta, ci sono parecchi metodo classico degni di entrare in carta in un ristorante del genere.

Spigola al sale molto buona, così come gli antipasti caldi. La focaccia alta invece non era dello stesso livello, ne ho mangiate di più buone. Buon servizio e saletta interna confortevole.

01/04/2024: American ranch style restaurant with a very engaging atmosphere. Excellent food from the appetizer to the delicious meat, through the truly excellent homemade first courses and ending with the exquisite desserts. All at a more than fair price and with very friendly and helpful service! The local grappa offered by the owner is also very good!!
28/03/2024: Nice typical country style restaurant, with a beautiful view, we were there on Saturday 23rd March, the owner welcomed us with a glass of red wine and a taste of a cured meat, a very welcome welcome, his friendliness was very pleasant and availability, the boy who served us was very nice and polite, the place is very rustic and for lovers of the genre, it will certainly be what they are looking for, the restaurant was recommended to us by the guide of the Isadora arch cave, I recommend the visit to the cave and then lunch at the patricians' farm, there is no menu, it is the service guys who list the menu of the day, all very good and at reasonable prices.

09/03/2024: My choice was for exclusively gluten-free cuisine but I discovered delicious healthy dishes, prepared with excellent raw materials, from breakfast to an excellent lunch in the heart of Rome. Friendly staff
