28/12/2024: Bella location in ottima posizione panoramica con vista sul Mottarone e il Lago di Orta. Interno molto curato ed elegante, personale attento e cordiale ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Ottimo cibo e strepitoso carrello dei dolci e formaggi. Ovviamente tutta questa attenzione si paga un po' di più ma ne vale proprio la pena. Sicuramente torneremo.

Given the choice and having read up on the place, I would have left the children and dog at home but being on holiday I had no alternative.. Both the children and the dog were welcomed with warmth and professionalism and this allowed me to enjoy the tasting menu together with my wife. Great experience and good selection of wines Advised

11/01/2025: ieri sera cena da gaia bio, presente la signora Triana, una dei due manager, e la collaboratrice Giulia, silenziosa come l'altra (Emanuela) ma molto professionale e gentile. Stavolta ho provato una pizza vegana, molto buona e particolare, differente da tutte le pizze che si possono trovare in giro, ero stato varie volta da gaia bio ma avevo sempre preso pasta o riso mai pizza. Altri hanno preso riso nero, straccetti, pasta con lupini, insomma tutto ottimo. per concludere uno strudel, perfettamente eseguito. Tutti i dolci e i gelati sono fatti da loro. Da bere il rosso piceno che prendo sempre, buono e genuino stamattina niente mal di testa. Ottima anche la grappa, si puo' scegliere tra varie qualita'. Prezzi nella media, sicuramente non eccessivi. Volendo proprio fare una critica, la vetrata che da' sulla strada non e' schermata da tende o piante, come avviene in tantissimi ristoranti nel mondo, quindi chi siede al tavolo e' visibile dalla strada come in vetrina, a me non da fastidio ma qualcuno attento alla privacy puo' non gradire. Ma vabbe', noi senza dubbio torneremo. Locale strapieno, indispensabile prenotare per tempo. giovanni

07/01/2025: Arriving there by chance we made a real discovery... We wanted to have a quick lunch and then reach Palazzo Farnese so we opted for a platter of cold cuts and one of cheeses... A true sensorial experience... all really excellent! accompanied by a glass of wine and bruschetta seasoned with really good oil... all local except for some French cheeses! We'll be back to try the rest! 😉

16/01/2025: We had lunch here in the first week of January. In one word: delicious. Friendly service and great dishes, even with gluten-free pasta. And nice typical dishes for the time of year. We will definitely come back!
